Frozen Yogurt Smoothies

The warm spring weather beckons me to pull out my blender! It’s smoothie time in our home and here is our number 1 favorite smoothie! It’s our Fat Free Frozen Yogurt Strawberry Smoothie!

There is no exact science to what exactly I put in – so here’s what I kinda put into the blender:
15 sugar free frozen strawberries (slightly thawed in the microwave for 45 seconds)
1 ripe banana (you can leave this out if you want)
3-4 splashes of orange juice
1-2 tablespoons of sugar
And a bunch of scoops of fat-free frozen yogurt (we use Edy’s – fat free and only 90 calories!)
Mix it all together and you have 2-4 servings of smoothies!

This frozen yogurt smoothie is delicious and packed with wonderful nutrients. Plus it is so easy to make and perfect as the weather gets warmer. #WomenLivingWell #fruitsmoothies #summerdrinks #kidfriendlyThis frozen yogurt smoothie is delicious and packed with wonderful nutrients.
