Resolving Conflict In Marriage & WLWW LinkUp Party

We don’t have to look far to detect the reason for conflict in marriage…simply look at the ‘Toys R Us’ Christmas Catalog! The section for boys is filled with matchbox cars, swords, dinosaurs, planes and trains! The section for girls is filled with Barbies, baby dolls, sparkle nail polish, princesses, and ponies!

Little boys and little girls are clearly different!

Why is marriage difficult? Because God made men and women differently! And then we come together and rub each other the wrong way – we can either choose to respect and love each other’s differences or… fight.

How we handle conflict will determine whether there is peace, joy and unity in your marriage or contempt, bitterness and isolation.

I’m being featured over at RooMag.com today where I share one way to resolve conflict in marriage. Click here to visit me there!

  1. Hi Everyone,
I am new to blogging and have never linked before, so I accidentally created 3 links! Please forgive my error. I will do a better job next time. Courtney, thank you so much for doing this for everyone. It reminds me of the scripture that says you can tell the Christians by the way they love each other. You have a big heart.

  2. Excellent advice! So Biblical, and so true! If we could all remember that every day, there would be almost no Christians divorcing.

    May God bless your writing!

    Annie Kate

  3. Thank you, Courtney! This is the first time I have linked up here. I laugh when I think of just how different men and women are! And God created us this way! This has given me something more to pray over and continue to implement in our marriage. We celebrated our 38th anniversary today 🙂 Yay!!
