I love sweet potatoes, but my husband does not…fancy that. I can’t tell you how many times I have tried to make them edible for him, but he has never shown an interest….until now! I am so excited to share the winning sweet potato recipe my husband finally enjoyed!
I paired these up with a pork tenderloin and green beans for a delicious homemade meal.
|Peel 4 large sweet potatoes|
|Shred with a cheese grater|
|In a large skillet heat 1/4 cup butter on med-high|
|Fry potatoes until lightly browned and soft- then sprinkle with brown sugar|
|A great accompaniment to a pork tenderloin…enjoy!|
