  1. Courtney,
I have been following your blog for the past year and God has used your blog repeatedly to encourage and challenge me. I have done the Making your House a Haven challenge this month. I still dont play music continuously but have been more consistent. My husband loves the candle being lit. He has even lit it for me when I have forgot or not got around to it yet. Our house has been more peaceful over all and smells better too with the lovely candle fragrance. I already cook quite a bit but the candle really helps. Actually have a radio down as a Christmas gift request to keep music playing. I started my decorating last night. This gives me even more motivation to make sure my decor honors Christ. I try to do that already with a Nativity Scene as my mantle centerpiece. Also lots of lights. I personally had a conviction about Santa so no Santa or santa decor in my home. Christmas is about Christ.

  2. Have just loved doing this challenge! My dad was stationed in Germany when I was small, so I have inherited the nativty scene we brought back when the tour is over. That’s the first thing that goes up every year. They all seem to end up in the same position, but putting them there is meaningful every time. We have a tradition of going to the Christkindlmarkt each year. It is this weekend and I’m so excited for more German made nativity scenes!! I’m doing the Peak 313 challenge. Can I send my sacrifice money at the end of the 21 days to your charity? How would I go about doing that? THANKS!
