  1. I just want to say thank you so much for your blog. I am a home schooling Mom of 4 kids ages 8-2. I live in Jerusalem. Everything you have to share is so encouraging. I just watched some of your you tube videos and was simply so encouraged. Thank you – if you are ever touring the land – let me know. 🙂 i had a rough week of being stuck in the house with the flue and yesterday as i was folding piles of laundry your you tube videos made my day.

  2. I made a list of 200 reasons how my excess weight serves me in all areas of life. I realized a lot! Now I’m working on 200 reasons how my excess weight is a disadvantage. We never do anything that isn’t supporting our highest values.

  4. This was soooo encouraging. Clare has such a gift in expressing the Lord in her efforts to help others reach balance in their health goals!! Wow. I was just awed by her composure and how her heart shined through. The timing for this post was especially poignant for me because just yesterday I decided to walk away from the gimmicks and just learn how to lose weight through “calories in calories out”. I really believe that’s what it all boils down to. I was so encouraged by Clare’s tip to “win small”. I appreciate all the amazing ladies on those couches willing to share your hearts and struggles with all of us and remind us to always seek and acknowledge the Lord in the process. Thank you so much!

  5. This was exactly what I needed to hear. I recently felt God calling me to address this in my life- obsessing over foods being organic, non-gmo, spending triple what we should on food and not tithing because of it! Realizing that a health relationship with God is balance is so important! This was exactly what I needed to hear today. And I really felt like she did a wonderful job focusing on both ends, those over doing it and those not sure where to start, because balance is SO hard when it comes to weight loss and health!

I am encouraged to seek God each day, without stressing over what I am going to eat that day and how much. I have been struggling with this for years and finally I feel like I reached a breakthrough! I am making imperfect progress and have the assurance that I am God’s great design and He would have me to live a life dedicated and focused on Him. Blessings to all you Lovely Ladies. 🙂

  7. Thank you so much! This webcast has hit so many of my current problems on the head. For a few years I have been spinning out of control; still seeking God through it all. But seeking worldly help instead of giving Him my body and . Simply knowing that I cannot do this on my own, but Through Jesus, I can become what He wants for me! Thank you Ladies!!!

  8. haven’t read this yet, but as a young woman who had a lifestyle change in eating and exercising in her SR yr of high school and lost 25 lbs (too thin– 20-15’d been fine lol) and just recently kept eating well, but really dropped the ball in other areas (*cough!* exercise!!!) I KNOW this is gonna be convicting!!! 🙁 lol

  9. Okay– lol 😀 😀 last comment and then I’m done! lol– That video was AMAZING (and convicting!?! 🙁 🙁 OUCH OUCH OUCH!!!!! And I’m not saying that b/c I did burpees! LOL) and I loved the way y’all kept drawing it back to CHRIST, b/c He truly needs to be the center of our everything! ouch… need to get “back on my game” in a Christ-like way! 🙂 Thanx Mrs Courtney!

  10. Our bodies are temples, made in the image of our Heavenly Father so I understand that we need to be happy and healthy so we can be in his service and do all other things too that are important. Karen spoke to me and I just connected with her it was looking in a mirror, she is so real, I totally feel her. This was awesome Courtney. Please do this again I can’t imagine all the work that was involved in getting everyone together this was much needed for me and I’m glad you brought this to us
