The Top 5 Lessons I’ve Learned From Sally Clarkson

Top 5 Lessons I've learned from Sally Clarkson

The first book I ever read by Sally Clarkson was in a group at church. We read The Mission of Motherhood and weekly got together to discuss it. This was when my children were very young and before I had decided to homeschool or start a blog.  I loved the book.

Years later, I would be at a blogging conference as a speaker and Sally would be on the speaking team as well.  I sought her out and asked if I could sit with her for dinner and the rest is history.  This author popped out of her book and became a real life friend.

Since that day I have read 8 of Sally’s books and have attended 3 of her conferences.  I have learned at least 100 things from her – but today, I’m a guest over at Sally’s blog!!! Hooray!!! And  I am sharing The Top 5 Lessons I’ve Learned from Sally Clarkson.

  1. Sweet Courtney,
What a delightful message to awaken to this morning. I was surprised when K told me about this. How very lovely of you to be so thoughtful and encouraging to me. I do remember the moment we met and you and Angela shared dinner with me. I appreciate your heart and am so very thankful for your friendship. Sending love today.

I love hearing what is on your heart.
