Bahaaa…I warned her I would quote her.

Choc chip 2
Beat together softened butter and brown sugar.

Beat in eggs, milk, and vanilla.

Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Beat well until creamy. Stir in chocolate chips.

Batter will be thick. Spread in a greased 9×13 pan and bake at 350 for 30 mins until lightly browned.

Chocolate Chip Blonde Brownies

Serves:12
Prep time:10 mins
Cook time:30 mins
Total time:40 mins

Ingredients

1 cup softened butter
1½ cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
12 oz chocolate chips
(you may also add nuts)

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350
Cream together butter and brown sugar
Beat in eggs, milk, and vanilla
In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to the creamed mixture and beat well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into a prepared 9×13 pan and bake for 30 mins until lightly browned

Serve warm. Ohhh YUM.

  1. So, basically, these are chocolate chip pan cookies…I do this with the Nestle TollHouse Chocolate chip recipe on the back of the bag because making them into cookies is too time consuming. Instead, I put the batter into a cake pan. Turns out great every time!!!
