Good Morning Girls Resources {Matthew 21-25} & What’s Next…

Join Good Morning Girls as we read through the Bible cover to cover one chapter a day. Here are the resources you need to study the Book of Matthew. #Biblestudy #Matthew #WomensBibleStudy #GoodMorningGirls

We are nearing the end of Matthew and I know what you are wondering…

What’s next?

Next – is a spring break for the GMG’s.  We will complete Matthew next Wednesday, April 8th.

Spring break is from April 9th until Monday, April 20th.

On Monday, April 20th we begin…one of the hardest books in the Bible.

Are you up for a challenge?

Then join us as we study the Book of Leviticus – one chapter a day from April 20th until May 26th.

This book of the Bible is where most people…

quit.

Don’t quit.

Don’t give up.

This is a hard book and we are in it together!  The 5 weeks are going to FLY by!

In Leviticus, we will read about the Ceremonial Law. Israel, an unholy people, are shown how to worship a holy God.  We will see the priests work hard to cover their sin.  Our sin is more serious to God than we think.  It will open our eyes to the grace we’ve received through our ultimate High Priest –Jesus.

In Leviticus, we will read about the Civil Law for the daily living of Israel.  These laws are not for us today but they do point to principles we can learn from.

In Leviticus, we will read about the Moral Law.  The moral laws reveal the nature and will of God.  We want to follow these today not to earn salvation but to please the Lord.

There’s a lot packed into Leviticus and I know it is NOT an easy read.  But remember this:

there are 66 books in the Bible

Scripture explains scripture. So as we read – write down your questions. Then watch, as you read further into God’s Word – book after book after book – it will all come together and like a puzzle – you will see the entire picture of God’s redemptive plan as you put each piece together – it is beautiful!

I hope you will join us – but if not – I hope you will join us this summer as we study 2 books of the Bible – I will announce the 2 books (you are going to love them!) next week before we go on our spring break!

  1. Just got on face book a month ago, and today I’ve found you.

So looking forward to studying with you.

    Blessings

  2. In an odd way- I am looking forward to Leviticus and here are two reasons why:

    1) Although it may prove challenging, I will not be alone- but in the company of friends. That makes it so much easier.

    2) The timing of the study reminds me that- thanks to Jesus and his death on the cross- I only need to read these laws…but no longer have to live by them..

  3. Thank you for your faithfulness Courtney, I know this is not an easy task but you are consistent and faithful. I just want you to know that you bless my life and I’m very grateful and I thank God for you every day. Thank you! Always praying for this ministry!
