Welcome back to week 6 in the book of Proverbs!  I am thrilled to see how many of you are still going strong! Way.to.go!

This week is our final week to read a chapter a day in Proverbs.

Next week we will spend one week doing an in-depth study of Proverbs chapter 31 (the Proverbs 31 Woman) and then we will move into the book of Song of Solomon – one chapter a day – for 8 days to finish out our summer study on August 12th!

Tomorrow, my son starts Football practice & starts middle school on Aug 24th

    1. I’m so glad you joined us Kelly and I look forward to next week too – I could use a refresher on the Proverbs 31 Woman!

My son isn’t playing football this year because of his foot surgeries 🙁 So we are waiting for basketball season to roll around over here…hope your son has a GREAT season!!!

      Much Love,
      Courtney

      1. Ohh that’s a bummer but I’m sure his feet need time to heal. He and my husband are at football practice right now. A new coach with a more ‘in your face’ coaching philosophy. Something my child isn’t used to so I hope he is motivated to give it 100% as sometimes I think that he doesn’t.

  2. So glad I found this group! We are homeschoolers too. This is just what I needed. Thank you! Can’t wait for morning!

  3. Awesome blog. Thank you for giving your time and godly talent.
I have for the most part kept up. If needed I caught up on the weekends. Would you direct me to the reading plan for Proverbs 31, think I missed it?

    1. Hi Karen,

I have not posted the reading plan for Proverbs 31 yet – but here is what it looks like:

      Monday – Proverbs 31:1-14
      Tuesday – Proverbs 31:15-18
      Wednesday – Proverbs 31:19-22
      Thursday – Proverbs 31:23-26
      Friday – Proverbs 31:27-31

Hope that helps! 🙂 So glad you are joining us!

  4. Loving this group! I’m a stay-at-home mum of two girls in England and I’ve been able to do my study while the girls have their nap time. Thank you so much for helping me to get into the word more! I’m loving Proverbs and can’t wait to get into SOS; one of my favourites for drawing near to our precious Saviour.

  5. Hi Deborah, so nice to know another person from England is doing the study. I live in London. Where in England do you live? I have found the study to be very helpful in making time to get into God’s word.

Thank you so much Courtney and your team for all your hard work and dedication in putting the study together and for being so honest in sharing your heart. May God continue to bless you abundantly.

  6. I am enjoying the group immensely and look forward to reading through the Bible with all of the ladies here. Prayers appreciated as I grow in my faith.

  7. This is my first bible study on-line and I can’t tell you how much it has meant to me. As a Christian wife I was struggling and I truly believe that I was led to this study by God to reinforce my marriage and my beliefs. Thank you for all the good you are doing!

  8. I just discovered your bible study from the “Bible” app. Wish I had found it at the beginning of the summer. Looking forward to the “Virtuous Woman” study next week, one of my favorite chapters. I strive to live up to her awesome description. Even used it as a name for a business I used to have. God Bless! Starting Proverbs 28 today.

  9. I love GMG and am so glad the Lord led me here! Since I’ve started, I have not missed a day in my bible, and am working on being the Proverbs 31 woman. I would love to talk to you about homeschooling sometime.
Thank you for creating and sharing with us!
