Week One

Day 2: Your Story

Day 3: A God Encounter

Day 4: Solomon’s Failures

Day 5: Let’s Begin!

Overview of Ecclesiastes

We are about to look closely – for the next 6 weeks – at a man who had everything.  He was educated and had wealth, power, many women, a mansion, servants, and plenty of everything he desired…and yet he was still unhappy.

You see, it’s not all that the world offers that will make us happy – it’s what the Word offers – God’s Word.

It is only through knowing God and following His commands that we will find meaning, fulfillment and satisfaction in life and yet all too often we are tempted by the world and go chasing after it.

The world is a snare – it is a mirage – it promises pleasure but when the pleasure wears off, we are left with pain.  And to cope with the pain – we seek after more pleasure – and more pleasure and more pleasure – but it can never satisfy our souls.

There is only one who can satisfy – the Lord Jesus Christ.

That is what this Ecclesiastes is all about.

God will hold us accountable for how we choose to live our lives, whether it be for God or for ourselves, whether our deeds done in secret or in public, whether they be good or evil.

If we want a life that brings us satisfaction, contentment, meaning and fulfillment, we will wisely choose to live lives of obedience, walking in fear of the Lord, giving Him all the glory as “women living well”.

I can’t wait to take this journey with you. I pray that you will stick with us for the next 6 weeks – because God has so much he wants to reveal to us and I know this is going to be a life changer for all of us!

    1. I thought I would introduce myself. I live in Whitehall, MT. It’s a very small town. I don’t have a group to do the study with, I will be doing this on my own.

      1. I’m in the same boat as you! I moved away from my family and close friends. I did find a Good Morning Girls Facebook group here in Michigan. It makes me feel at home chatting with other ladies about God’s Word. Prayers for you as you work through this study! With this community of ladies and God guiding you, you are not alone!

  6. I’ve been following along with GMG for a year now (started last summer during Proverbs) and I am thrilled to begin Ecclesiastes! I have 3 other girls I read along with, representing 3 states. We’ve been friends for about 17 years (we’re 28) and we so enjoy growing in the Lord together, even though life has taken us in several directions. Thank you for creating the plan and materials so we can continue ministering to one another!

  7. I have been with my GMG group for almost 2 years I think. I absolutely love them. This ministry has saved me from myself. I am so thankful for every single one of you who participate, discuss, author, or even just pray.

  8. This is also my first GMG study. I purchased my workbook with kindle addition. I do not have a group to study with but so looking forward to studying all with you guys.

  9. I CANNOT wait to start this study!! Just reading over the week 1, day 1 study question has me itching in anticipation to dig into Gods word and learn how to be full of Him. Thank you so much for everything you’re doing to help all of us with this study. This will be my first with GMG, and I am so excited.

  10. Hello!! This will be my first study with Women LIving Well, I thought it would be the perfect study to do with my Tuesday night WOW ( women of the word) group while we are on summer break!! We are super excited to get started and are so grateful to you and your mom for making this available!!

  11. Like several of the ladies above, this is my first GMG Bible Study. Aside from the occasional women’s group Bible Study through church, this is a first… online. I am eager and excited to dig into The Word with you ladies. I am looking forward to more in the future!

    Blessings to all!

  12. This is my first GMG Study. I did purchase Deuteronomy, just never had a chance to start with you all.
I have always enjoyed Ecclesiastes and looking forward to “SOAKing” it up.
I am a full time working mom of 2 boys (14 & 7). Hubby is retired Army and we both still work with training soldiers. I am active in our church and love my Sunday School class and church family. I do teach our “middle-aged” class and love new approaches to studying the Bible.

  13. Hi Everyone,

My name is Kerry and this is my first Bible study with Girls Living Well. I first learned of Courtney when I came across her video on how to use the S.O.A.K. method for Bible study. My book came in on Friday. I’m excited to start.

  14. My name is Carrie. This is my first study with you. My GMG group consist of 4 women including myself. I am a wife to an amazing husband and a mama to a 22 yr old daughter.

  15. Good evening, everyone! My name is Mary, this is my first GMG Bible Study, and I am soooooo looking forward to taking this journey with all of you!

  16. This is my first study as well with this group and this type of study. We do a lot of traveling in the summer so was looking for something that would keep me accountable learning something new in the Word and is something that can go where I go! Thank you Courtney for your ministry and this opportunity. God Bless!

  17. This is my first Bible study with you all that I have purchased the book. I have already ordered it and flipped through it. I really like the way it’s laid out. I went back to see if I could order the past ones but couldn’t find them. Are they no longer available? Thank you.

    1. Hi Lee Anne –

All of our past journals are available on Amazon here: http://amzn.to/24LHoSS Just a reminder that the Ecclesiastes study is an in-depth study and the other workbooks on Amazon are just journals. They include a verse of the day and a reflection question for each day and space for SOAKing each day. So they look a bit different inside.

      Hope this helps!
      Courtney 🙂

  18. This is my first Bible study with you all. I live in Idaho and have backslid in my spiritual life. Family work and kids have been put before God and now I want to change all that. I am excited for this study. I don’t have a group and could use accountability. Thanks!

  20. I discovered GMG and WLW in the middle of the Deut study and followed along. I am ver interested in the Bible Art Journaling and color coding text. It helps to satisfy my creative side while learning and studying more about God’s word. I licated and was accepted into a group for 50+. It’s the first time I have participated with a group.

  21. Hi everyone, my name is Maritza. I found you right at the end of Deuteronomy. I am excited about doing this study of Ecclesiastes, I will be doing with a dear friend by phone and a friend from church. We will be working together. We have our books. I am also excited to learn to use the S.O.A.K. method. God is Good. I live in South Carolina.

  22. My name is Susan, I live in England and have been following GMG since the beginning of ‘Blogging through the Bible’. Thank you, Courtney, for your encouragement, insights and keeping me accountable. I have the book and am looking forward this different study.

  23. This isn’t my first study with WLW. A few years ago I did a couple of studies with you then I got busy and I’m just now finding my way back. I joined a group on facebook, I don’t know any of the women in the group. I’m looking forward to getting to know them and renewing my walk with the King.

  24. Good Mornng from the mountains of western Maine. I have been a lurker for some time. This is my first study wtih GMG. I had recently completed another study on Ecclesiastes and thought I really need to go through this book of the Bible again -hoping it would be soon. Low and behold my prayers were answered . Looking forward to what GOD has instore for me to discover. Ready for the adventure. Now to manage my time as I have 4 online studies going at one time. Its a good thing I am retired . Now to discipline myself so I can manage my time andnot get overwhelmed .

  25. I am so excited to start this study with you all! I did a few on the “old” goodmorninggirls site and really grew (I followed along for all of Luke way back when). Thank you so very much for the free resources, including the copy work for kids! I am so greatful to have these resources at my fingertips when otherwise I wouldn’t know where to start.

In my excitement of doing this study, I would love to share some of the the verses for the day on Instagram. They are absolutely beautiful and a good way to spread God’s word. Do you care if I re-post these on social media as long as I hashtag it with goodmorninggirls? I thought I would ask first.

    Thanks for all you do.

  26. This is my first study with GMG and I’m very excited to learn more of God’s Word! I joined a group of women in Michigan. It will be nice to do this study along with other women who love Christ as much as I do!

  27. Hi everyone! My name is Audra, and I live in a very small town in SE Oklahoma! I’ve been married to my wonderful husband for 9 years and we have 2 children, a son & a daughter. I have been reading through the Bible with GMG since it began with the book of Esther! (I started following the blog in early 2014). I think it is so neat that you’re donating a portion of the journal sales to charity! This journal is so beautiful and I can wait to dive into today’s reading!!

    1. Wow Audra! I’m so excited to hear that you have stuck with us since Esther! Way to go – keep on going! And thank you for sharing this here – it really encourages me.

      Lots of Love,
      Courtney

  28. This is my first bible study with you and so looking forward to studying this book of the bible. Thanks for sharing. Jan Tyson doing it by myself and from NC.

  29. I am so excited to do this bible study with you! I have been following your blog for a while now and participated in your studies on the side lines. This time, I bought the book, and I am fully committed. We studied Ecclesiastes in my Sunday school a few years ago, and my husband found it depressing. However, I found it so encouraging! No matter the good, bad, or ugly things that happen in life, it is like grasping for the wind. The only true thing that matters is following God and teaching your family to follow God. I hope this study will help me feel “fuller” and renew my love for God.

  30. Through a Facebook group, several ladies have joined to begin this study on Ecclesiastes today! Thank you for inspiring countless women to get into the Word of God together!

  31. Hi! This is my first study with GMG-I just discovered your fb page recently and saw your post about this study. I’ve been looking for a study on a book of the bible to do with a group of women at my church for the summer and this is perfect-as well as the theme! So, myself and three friends from church are joining-can’t wait to see what we’ll learn! Thank you:)

  32. This is my first GMG study and I am excited to begin! I live in a small town by the Jersey Shore and am encouraging a friend to join this study with me. I just discovered your website a few weeks ago and this study seemed perfect for the summer.

  33. Hi! First timer here. I have subscribed to your blog about a year ago but never participated. I am excited to jump in and dig deeper.

  34. Good morning! My name is Dana and I live in Cedar Springs, Michigan. This is my first bible study with Glory Girls and I’m doing it with my good friend, Lisa! We are excited to see what God reveals to us through this study. God bless you, and thank you for allowing us to dig deeper with you!

  35. Mary here. First timer from the greater Chicagoland area. I’m appreciative of Courtney’s commitment to God’s Word as well as her authenticity and transparency. Looking forward to drawing closer to God. I definitely need it!

  36. Hello to all! I’m Brandi and live in Oconee Co, South Carolina. This is my first time with GMG. Super excited to walk along with many other women with the same goal in mind! To learn His word more, grow closer to Him and have more accountability while doing it.
    Be Blessed!

  37. Seems like I am not the first to embark on a journey with you ladies! Very excited to be digging in to The Word with you, thank you for doing this for us~

    Karla

  38. I am enjoying reading the Bible with you.
I cannot find the list that has which chapter in Ecclesiastics I should read each day.
    Please post it again.

    Thank you.

  39. Hi, my name is Vanessa. This will be my first study with GMG. I am not part of a group and I am excited about digging deeper into God’s Word! I am expecting to grow even more closer to God and I pray that I stay committed to this Bible Study. I am expecting God to do great things not only in my life, but everyone of you. Be encouraged!
    Blessings

  40. A friend and I just finished the Proverbs 31 study using all the resources from this site. We LOVED it! We met and discussed weekly. For this study since its summer and our schedules are different, we are going to follow the plan online and just meet when we can as schedules allow. I’m hoping the community here online will fill in when we aren’t able to meet in person! I’m hoping to connect virtually with some more GMGs followers to encourage my faith and study! And I’m happy that we’ve added a few friends who will also be participating in this study with us!

  41. Hello,
I noticed you included note pages for the videos. When do you post videos for the study, and where do I find them?

    Thanks,
    Emily Mathis

  42. I just discovered this study today so I am going to be joining a bit last minute I guess! Hoping I can find a friend who will do a Facebook group with me for accountability! However, I had read the book of Ecclesiastes a short while ago in my Chronological Bible and it left me so confused- honestly, I felt kind of depressed as I read it! I knew I was missing the message somehow and really wanted to revisit the book to try and understand it better. Then, I saw a friend of mine on Facebook share about the study! So, here I am! I ordered the guide on Amazon and in the meantime I will just use the free resources. Thank you so much! Excited to dig in!!

  43. Hi!! I’ve been doing the GMG studies for what will be two years in September. This site, the studies, having just one chapter a day, as truly been a God send for me to dig deeper into God’s word. For the first year, I didn’t do the SOAK’s or the Bible Highlighting. This past fall, I started doing both, but at times got overwhelmed as time I like to do my study first thing in the mornings before I get ready for work and time was just not on my side to do both. So, then I tried just the SOAKS and then just the Bible Highlighting. Currently, I’ve switched to just focusing on the chapter of the day and maybe a SOAK here and there as well as highlighting the verse of the day and work on memorizing that verse for the day. That’s one thing I love about GMG, it’s flexible enough to fit into your schedule and you can do it the way that works best for you. I’m not on Facebook, but I enjoy sharing the verse of the day pics everyday and sometimes even the discussion questions of the day. Sometimes I feel like some people think I share those types of pics too often, but then I am reminded that we are to SHARE JESUS with others. That is our job as Christians. If I reach just ONE person and their life is changed because of my sharing Courtney’s images, then I am happy. Courtney, I know this has been a true labor of Love and I know you surely must get tired and weary at times, but I pray that God will give you the strength and passion for a long time to come to come.

    Blessings, Love, and Hugs

    1. Brain bubble…sorry for the typos and I meant to add that while I am not on FB, I share the votd’s and the discussion q’s of the day on Instagram.

  44. I live in Ohio and I don’t remember when I came across Good Morning Girls. I have enjoyed doing the studies though and the accountability. Even though I have been in the church and a Christian for over 45 years there has been so much I have learned from this group. Looking forward to this study too.

  45. Just to confirm, going through Ecclesiastes will be slightly different in the reading. I’m used to the reading being a chapter a day. Now I am noticing the plan having us read just certain verses each day. So, rather than reading a verse a day, we need to do the specific verses this time? (Sorry to be the slow student.) 😉

    1. Hi JuLee –

Yes this study is different than our others. This fall we’ll return to our regular schedule of one chapter a day.

This week we’ll be bouncing a round a little bit and reading the background of the author of Ecclesiastes. Then starting next week (Week 2) we’ll be reading through Ecclesiastes at a slow pace.

      Here is the reading plan:

https://womenlivingwell.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/EcclesiastesBookmark.pdf And if you print the free eJournal above you’ll get the first week of our study free and then pages to SOAK your way through Ecclesiastes alongside us.

      Hope this helps,
      Courtney

  46. My name is Angi. This is my first Bible study with Good Morning Girls and I am very excited. I look forward to the accountability. I live in a very small town in Northeast Texas. I do not have a group at the moment. I am following along through the blog and social media. I may be interested in joining a group in the future. God Bless.

  47. This is my first GMG Study. I am really looking forward to this study and digging deeper into
    the Word of God.

  48. This is my first study with Good Morning Girls. I found this program through Facebook posts by a dear friend who has been doing the studies for a while. She is going to be the leader for our group of four. We plan to do our discussions via text messages and a private message group and then meeting together every couple of weeks.

  49. Hello everyone! This will be my first study, but I have been enjoying GMG for quite some time! I live in California with my hubby and two teenage children. I am so grateful and thankful I have an opportunity to study and connect online! One of my kiddos is severely handicapped and getting out for our local church studies are not always workable. I am SO excited and looking very forward to jumping in, learning and growing. I currently am not part of any groups, but would love to join one for accountability encouragement and support. Do you have any tips on how to find a group to be part of? Thank you Thank you!

  50. God’s timing is always perfect. This is the perfect time for the Ecclesiastes study in my life. It is like a God appointment!

I also think it is an awesome summer study. And, I am glad that we are going more slowly and in-depth through it.

Really excited for God to touch my heart and help me develop those eternal eyes. It is easy to intellectually appreciate what is important in life. But I am excited for God to embed in my heart a deep and sincere love and desire for what really matters.

  51. Hi!! My name is Shelley and I live in New Brunswick Canada. I have been following along on your Facebook page for a few months now but this is my first Bible study with you. I have purchased the workbook and I am very excited to begin this journey. I haven’t found a group yet but I am going to look at joining one 🙂 Thank you so much for putting this all together for us <3

  52. Hello,

My name is Kiley and I live in a suburb of Columbus OH. I have been a group leader in the past, but after the birth of my second child, it became overwhelming to lead. I have taken a step back for a little while from leading. As my girls get older, I will jump back in to leading I pray. I am very excited to start this study this evening. I do my quiet times in the evening before bed because I work 10 hour days at an incredibly busy hospital and leave my house by 5:30am each workday.

I am ever grateful for these awesome books/resources for each study you have worked hard to make and prepare for us. I have used my own notebooks in the past and they work just fine, but I love displaying my completed books (that you made) that have such pretty bindings, the spirals of a notebook are not the same 🙂
You have a beautiful heart for ministry, that you so much for all you do.

  53. I discovered GMG about a year ago and haven’t done any of the studies yet, so I’m looking forward to this study. I love the book of Ecclesiastes and know I will enjoy the insight of other godly women. Thank you!

  54. This will be my first study with Women Living Well. I look forward to this in depth study of Ecclesiastes.

  55. I’m struck by God’s timing! I am reading through a chronological Bible this year and the last few days I was in Ecclesiastes. I would not have said it was my favorite book. It seemed sad and depressing to me. I don’t think I’ve heard many preachers preach from that book! Just yesterday I asked my son in love some questions about it (being raised by missionary parents and wanting to be an evangelist I figured he’d know more than I). And then today I found the intro to this study in my inbox!! Wow! I love God!!

  56. Hi Ladies, I am Matebalo from South Africa- Johannesburg in Soweto. This is my first study with GMG and I am just full of expectation. I know our Lord and King is with us and precious Holy Spirit will lead and guide us. I have gotten so busy with work and home life that I neglected my first love- my God. But thanks to this lovely gathering.. I believe I will be restored to my Saviour. Be blessed and thanks a ton!

  57. This is my first GMG Bible Study. I was referred by Time Warp Wife Website. I am from a small town west of Kansas City. Go Royals! I did buy the workbook, and I am excited to participate. I am playing catch up on the first day, as my husband & I just returned from a cabin at the lake for our anniversary. I am ready to go though! Thank you for all the work you & your Mom have put into the study.

  58. I discovered this study through a friend (Jessica) at what happens to be the perfect time for me! 🙂 (THANK YOU!) I work mornings typically but plan to check in and complete the daily studies in the afternoon when I’m home. 🙂 I purchased the workbook and completed the first study and love it already!

  59. I’ve done a few bibles studies with you a few years ago! I felt God wanting me to read Ecclesiastes and saw you were staring this study so here I am! I’m from Texas and have Joined an email group. I loved day one!

  60. Hi, this is my first GMG study. I happen to run across a post a friend commented on related to the study. I inquired, asked if I can join her on the study. I ordered the book. It came in today. Day 1 is done and here I am. So far so good. Looking forward to what God will show me this summer and also connecting with the two ladies from my church that are also doing the study.

I live in the Cleveland area of Ohio.

  61. Was so excited to begin this study I did the first one last week. Lol.. i will read it again to refresh. I love the book so pretty and organized so nicely. Thank you so much Courtney (and your momma) for all your hard work ! May the Lord reward you greatly for you effort to spead His Word. Much Love, Amy from Illinois.

  62. Hello. Love the new Ecclesiastes study and journal. Excited for doing a more in-depth study. Have one request for the next one you do, can you please include a SOAK page? ?

  63. Hi, this is my first lesson with GMG. I’m really excited to delve deeper into the Bible. I have read almost all of it, but I have never really discussed it with anybody. There are so many things I am confused about, so I know these lessons will help greatly. I don’t have a group, but a friend of mine introduced me to this sight. I can’t wait to begin!!

  64. Hi. This will be my first study with GMG and I’m so excited. I actually started while coming home from mine and my husbands anniversary trip today. I’d love to join a group with others to help keep me accountable for this study. As a mom of 3 I don’t get to go to my church’s studies so I’m so thankful for GMG.

  65. Today is my 32nd birthday and I bought the workbook as a birthday gift for myself. I really did not want nothing more than to start this study on birthday. What a great way to celebrate ones birthday by eagerly being in God’s Word!!!! I know there’s growth to be done during this season, and I am ready! God Bless you Courtney for being faithful to the voice of God to become a godly blogger and teacher of women.

I can’t wait to see what God has for GMG after this study…….

  66. This is my first GMG bible study. I’m from WV. I don’t have a group to do it with but I would love to find one.

My name is Brielle and I just became the new Pastor’s Wife at a church here in Laramie, Wyoming. I am so excited to do this Ecclesiastes study! Jesus put together a group of about 10 ladies for me to lead and we have all ordered our books. Can’t wait to get started this Wednesday as we dive deep and pour over His Word! Thank you for putting this study together.
God Bless you and your minisitry!

  69. Good morning girls!!!
I am beyond ready and excited to grow spiritually. I am new to WLW and GMG. This is my 1st study. I live in Wisconsin. I joined a group which is awesome to know that I will have friends reading along and to support each other. Thanks Courtney for the love and passion you have on Jesus Christ and spreading his word. May God continue to bless you and guide you in your ministry!

  70. I’ve been doing the GMG studies for years; I think the Colossians study years ago might have been my first one. I love this Ecclesiastes book, Courtney! Thank you for your ministry and the work you are doing for Christ! It has continued to touch my life!

  71. I’ve been studying with GMG since September 2014. I joined a FB small group & an email small group in January 2015. I love all the ladies in both groups, although I only
Follow the email group now. GMG study of the Word is one of the best things I’ve ever done, except for giving my heart to Jesus!! I like digging in the Word, trying to SOAK up all I can, in my own, and then learning more from the insights of our sisters in Christ. I didn’t really know how to study the Bible until I joined here and I wish I would’ve known how several years ago. I’ve had a much harder time being faithful in studying this year; life has happened. I’m excited about this study. My sister-in-law in joining me. This Book is her favorite and also her first study. Please pray for us that we can be faithful, drawing closer to God and each other!!! Thank you so much GMG!!

  72. Good morning! I just saw a posting from a friend about your study. (Thank you, Bonnie Hamilton!) And, I would love to join your study; however, I am already in a “heavy” (time required) bible study group and I don’t think I can commit at this time. Will your study be recorded and available later? Or, how late is too late to join the study? (My current one is over the end of June.)
I am looking forward to following you.

    1. Hi Karen,

Yes – all of the resources and blog posts will remain available here on the blog after we finish. So you can come back and do this anytime!

      🙂
      Courtney

  73. I am in the UK In Stockport near Manchester . I am joining you doing this study . I love getting into Gods word .This way I may be more disciplined to do the study every day … X

  74. I am really enjoying this study because it gets into the heart of David and Solomon and see how sin gets in the way of our living well with Christ. When I die I want to hear “well done good and faithful servant”.

  75. This is my first bible study with you all!! I am so looking forward to this study!!! I am really trying to find my place and the meaning for my life and this really is hitting home right now.. I am doing this study by myself but I wished I had a group to share this with!! Thank you for sharing this study!!! I can’t wait to hear what God has to say to me!!

  76. This is my first GMG bible study. I am from Forest, MS. I am excited to get started. I am sorry this is a late post. I have been busy the last few days. I hope with this study, I can find time to relax and focus on God’s word.

  77. Hi, This is my first GMG Bible study. I’m excited and nervous. I don’t quite understand sometimes the words of the Bible but that’s why I’m here is for your help and guidance. God bless.

    1. I found that having a bible on your phone or tablet is helpful because you can highlight a word and it will give you the meaning of which helps me understand what that word really means ?

  78. I have followed Good morning girls for awhile now but it’s not been easy as a single mom with a 2 year old boy, a 4 year old daughter, work, extracurricular activities, etc. to really sit and have reflection without interruptions lol. But I feel different this time, and I am going to stay dedicated the whole way through and I am excited to learn more about the bible, the word of God, in hopes it will help me come closer to him as I don’t feel him as close to me as I did before even though I know he is still there ?

  79. My name is Jacqueline, 40 years old, stay at home mom, married to a wonderful, hardworking husband. God has blessed us with two beautiful girls; Lydia 11teen and Evelynn 2! I have been following GMG for several years. I am thankful that a sweet friend introduced me to this community! I love being able to chew on God’s Word with other ladies and the accountability this brings to my life is wonderful. I recently moved a 2 1/2 hours away from my family and close friends. It is so lonely up here in Michigan, but it’s getting better! I chose to join a GMG Facebook Group from Michigan. It has been great sharing what I am learning and seeing what God is showing the other ladies through this study. It makes me feel at home already. 🙂 Thank you Courtney and your Mom as well for putting this study together. I am learning so much just in the first few days. Prayers for you as you continue to lead these ladies to live well and walk with the King!

  80. Hello, My name is Eileen Godfrey I am starting late but that’s ok because I am super excited!!!

Hoping my other SAHM friends will join me- but I’ll be here nonetheless. Charlotte, NC. 🙂

  82. I have read many books of the Bible and still felt like I knew so little. Then I found this site. I just finished Genesis, reading one chapter a day and using the SOAK method. Now I am doing Ecclesiastes. I finally feel that I am learning and understanding.
Thank you so very much for the time and effort you put into this site. I so needed this in my life.

  83. Hi Courtney, this is my first English Bible study . I tried to learn English by the Bible and your blog. I do not know where but your Mom talk about a book ” ?…. read the bible ” is it possible to have the title again. thank you

    Lou from Québec

  87. Hi my name is Tracy and I live in West Virginia. I saw this article on FB and will be ordering the book today. I’ll be studying by my self but I’m so excited to dive into God’s word deeper and draw closer to Jesus Christ!!

  88. Courtney im really loving the discussion questions at the end of each lesson they really make you think

  89. This seems like it will be a great study. Can’t wait. I’m behind by 2 weeks but that’s ok. I’ll catch up. I love how I can be a part of this community. I moved last October from Minnesota to Brunswick, Georgia to be closer to family. The one thing that I truly miss is my church family. Thanks for putting this study together. I’m looking forward to hearing His Word.

  90. Hello there, I have so been enjoying this study. For the first time I ordered the study guide. I am so blessed Courtney with all your depth of questions, thoughts and information. I studied Ecclesiastes with a group many years ago and loved it so much. Now restudying it again, I am finding new things. LOVE IT!!!!! I am so excited to wake up every day and get studying. I am looking for a email group to join, or start one up. If anyone wants to join in with me in a email group, please contact me. mangomumma@yahoo.ca

  91. As a small group of friends in Port Townsend, WA, we are excited to be starting the Ecclesiastes study together. I have one question. Are the videos designed to be viewed at the beginning of each weeks study or at the end? Thanks so much!

    1. Wonderful Tonnie! The introduction video is meant to be played at the very start. The rest of the videos are designed to be viewed at the end of each week.

      Lots of Love,
      Courtney

  92. This is my first experience with the GMG. I am excited to start this study with a group of women in Colombia, this week. I’ve already seen God pave the way for our study, as the delivery of the in-depth Bible study was truly divine (mail delivery in this part of South America is challenging–God is good)! Thank you for your faithfulness. Any prayers surrounding this newly formed group would be a humongous blessing as well.

  93. Hi Courtney!

I’ve just discovered this wonderful community and have started this bible study. My husband and I were chatting tonight, as I was sitting down to open my bible, and we were wondering about working through some books of the bible together. Do you know of any similar resources aimed at men? I had a look on Amazon and a couple of Christian book sites but couldn’t find anything similar to the resources you are producing… which are wonderful by the way!

Just hoping you might be able to point me in the right direction to try and find something to use alongside.

    Thanks!

    Jill
