The November/December GMG Study is On Hold

Dear Good Morning Girls,

Due to some personal issues, I am putting the November/December study, through the book of Romans, on hold.

Before I explain what is happening in my private life, I want to finish the book of Judges.

On Monday, November 14th, I will be sharing here on the blog, the storm that I have been facing behind closed doors.

If you would like to study through the book of Romans on your own – the journal is available on Amazon.  I will not be covering the book of Romans for at least 1 year.  We will skip Romans for now and come back to it.

Another option:

If you have never done our Advent Study – you could do that during this time.

Just click here to download it for free >> Advent Study: Keeping Our Hearts Focused On Jesus

Another option could be to study one of the books that you may have missed during our Reading Through the Bible Series. You can find all of the previous studies here >>> GMG Resources.

The Good Morning Girls Bible studies will resume on Monday, January 9th.  I will announce the next book we’ll be studying, in late December.

I apologize for this change in plans.

Let’s finish strong in the book of Judges! I’ll see you back here this Friday.

Walk with the King,

Courtney

  5. Thank you for this message. I don’t know what is happening with you and I pray that you would know God’S blessing and faithfulness as you deal with it. For myself, the news of this postponement is quite welcome as illness over the end of the Joshua studies and the beginning of these has disrupted my study pattern and I’ve been looking for ways to get back on track. The First 5 app has helped me keep ticking over as I do so and I recommend that to people here.

God has blessed me so richly since I joined in with GMG in January of this year, and I’m looking forward to beginning the new book in the New Year. I have an Advent study book by Tim Chester that I’m excited about reading too.

I wish you a blessed and peaceful Christmas season.

  16. Dear Sister, even though we don’t know you, we feel like we do because you have shared your heart, your wisdom and your godly insight with us for so many years.

And you are very loved. I love you, appreciate you, and yes, since you shared about some struggles a few months ago, I have continued to remember you in prayer.

I was not able to keep up with Judges because we had several toddlers with us temporarily for foster care which was a bit all consuming initially then had a 10 day vacation. So, I was planning to jump back on in Romans and had started studying ahead since it is such a pity book. But I was still on board with you and will continue to be next year.

Praying for you and your family this Christmas season. I just want you to know that there are actually tears in my eyes because truly I care about you and I know that God will be your strength and source.
