Chocolate Chip Cheeseball Recipe:
8 oz. Cream cheese
1/2 c. butter softened
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c. confectioners’ sugar
1 pkg. mini chocolate chips, divided
Beat the first 3 ingredients together. Then add the sugar and 3/4 of the chocolate chips. Form the mixture into a ball and chill.
Once chilled, roll the ball in the remaining chocolate chips. Serve with Wheat Thins or Graham Cracker Sticks. Delicious!
I so think this could be my main course … LOL :). This could be bad, I would eat it all.
