  1. LOL I totally know what you mean about the deviled eggs! I love devil’s food cake and all that, but can’t we change the name?? 🙂 Also, if you put the filling of the deviled eggs into a Ziploc baggie, cut off a small corner, and pipe the filling into the eggs, that makes it SO much cleaner and prettier! I read that tip last year and I’m never going back to the old way! 🙂

  2. Oh, you’re killing me. I want to eat every single item, lol. Dh and I recently began a plan to get into shape and I can’t have much of anything listed except a hard boiled egg. Wah wah. I did do Janelle’s ham last year though and it was VERY well received here. I’m going to try to stop drooling (and pouting) now. 😉 I WILL have a little slice of ham and a hard boiled egg (with some great horse radish, oh yeah!)
    Blessings,
    Toni

  3. Courtney, I’ve been feeling a little sad lately (I think it’s because the last three months have been very stressful with not a lot of fun things to look forward to), but thanks to you, I now have something fun to look forward to 🙂 🙂 🙂 As much as I love deviled eggs, I’ve never made them! And as much as my husband loves ham, I’ve never made that either. This post, as simple as it is, has gotten me so excited about cooking an Easter feast next weekend…and I can’t wait to turn any leftover eggs into egg salad, and any leftover ham into little sliders! Thank you so much, I will be a rockstar in our house next week 🙂 🙂 🙂 Much love to you and your family this Easter <3

  4. I work for a family that immigrated to the U.S. Their children call “deviled eggs” picnic eggs. I thought it was a fun, cheerful name, so I’ve started making “picnic eggs” as well!
