Welcome to Week 1 in Proverbs 31!!! I’m so delighted that you are here.

I know that a lot of women have mixed emotions about the Proverbs 31 woman – I mention in the video below how some women are intimidated and even irritated at this passage in the Bible.

I want to challenge women everywhere to read it, accept it, tremble in awe of the mighty God we serve who has called us to such a high task and pray.

(if you cannot see the video click here – and if you are wondering what passage I am referring to in the video – with a list for noble men – go to I Timothy 3:1-13.)

Materials needed for this series:
Proverbs31 Reading Plan
Proverbs 31 Study Guide
(FREE ebook) The Proverbs 31 Woman: One Virtue at a Time by Courtney Joseph (must subscribe to the Women Living Well blog)

Now flip open your Bible and read Proverbs chapter 31 for a brief overview of this passage.

So who’s in?  What are some of your thoughts about the Proverbs 31 Woman?  Do you find her intimidating or inspiring and why?

Walk with the King,

  1. Oh Courtney! That video was wonderful and your passion was very evident. I’m excited about this study! Thanks for ALL your hard work (you too, Angela).

      1. I can’t seem to get the book either, but have e-mailed you at the address you replied to Kasia with….

  2. Thank you & Happy Mother’s Day. The Proverbs 31 woman is inspiring. She stands with the King of Kings, and therefore, she deserves the very best.

  3. Can’t wait to start however I can’t seem to DL the ebook from your email. Is there a step that I am missing? The link takes me to a blank webpage.

    1. thank you for posting the link here. I didn’t have to wait for an email post from you before being able to get started!

      1. I am a working mom and I really struggle with it. My dream is to be a stay at home mom. It just is not an option for my family. Maybe you can do a topic about being able to be the wife/mom God wants us to be while still having to provide an income outside of he home. I know a lot of women struggle with this.

  4. Oh Courtney, I love your joy for Jesus. You dedication to Him is so challenging and encouraging – just like the Proverbs 31 woman. I must admit giving up trying to be like her, it feels like too much. But seeing your fire for being like her – and she’s like Jesus – spurs me on. Thank you for all that you do for your sisters in Christ. Blessings x

  5. So excited. Haven’t watched the video yet, still trying to round up some of my friends who live in TX (I’m in CO) to do it with me. Thought it would be a great way to stay more connected and encourage each other!
Looking forward to some time in the Word!

  6. I love the Proverbs 31 woman. She is my motivation and my roll model. Thank you Courtney. God Bless you.

  7. I’m in! I’ve downloaded the proverbs 31 ebook and am reading through it. I just adore these ideals and love working in my home every day to make my husband, children and home the best they can be with my influence. I want to do my huband good all the days of his life 🙂

  8. I am excited and eager to embark on this study! I downloaded your e-book and, at the age of 41 I am so far from where I am supposed to be! But I believe it’s not too late, that this is a Word in due season! Thank you for leading us on this adventure! I know that I am on my way to a whole new place in life!

  9. I am SUPER excited about this!!!!!
I’ve read your ebook before and loved it so I’m just super excited!

  10. I am so excited to be doing this study. A group of moms from our area have started a fb group and I am eager to dig in. LOVE this video. What really spoke to me is what you said about keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus. That opened my eyes to a whole new perspective on the Proverbs 31 woman. Thank you Courtney, I am looking forward to all the Lord is going to do in my life because of this study.

  11. Good Morning! I am sooo excited to join in this study of the Proverbs 31 woman. What an awesome study for the entire summer! I admire the Proverbs 31 woman and do wish to be like her – to be like her is to be pleasing to God. A husband and children are great blessings given by the Lord. It’s so easy with day to day stresses to take these precious blessings for granted. I have been blessed with a husband of 19 years and children. I want to be the wife and mother that God has created me to be. I believe a woman has her greatest joy as a keeper of her home – i used to work full time outside of the home, now i’m a keeper of my home full time. I am so happy to join in this study and feel so blessed that God allowed me to find your blog Courtney. You are awesome, energetic and a mighty woman of God. Your blog has been a blessing to me and I’m sure many others. Keep up the good work!

  12. I am so excited over this series. I have finished up some studies that I was doing so I can be devoted to this.

I too, have a love/hate relationship with the Proverbs 31 Woman. Before I was married, I studied her and wanted to be just like her. Then I got married and had kids and that all changed!! LOL!! I wonder how this lady dealt with sleep deprivation from her little ones?

    I’m looking forward to this!

If any of you haven’t found a good morning girls group to join, my SIL and I have created a Yahoo Group, that includes that part of it, but it’s also a fellowship type group. We do all of Courtney’s challenges on there as well, plus other things 🙂
    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/godsimperfectdaughters/

Thanks Courtney for doing this! You are such a blessing in my life!

  13. I’m very excited for this study. I’m a working mom so its hard to participate in many of my church’s ladies functions. I really like the idea of online Bible studies. I want to thank you for all you do. You’re such an inspiration. God bless you!

  14. I am truly excited to be a part of this study and I honestly can say I have mixed feelings about the Proverbs 31 woman. I feel that she is one to be modeled for how we each are to be as women of God. We each have the ability to be our own Proverbs 31 woman in such a unique way. At the same time, I wonder if I am able. I wonder with all that I have gone through and currently face if I have it in me to still become this woman. We shall soon see… I want to truly thank you for setting the stage for us all to become the women that God has truly destined us to be; collectively and individually. Continually be blessed!

  15. I am excited to begin this series with you. It’s just what I need right now. I am a single mother of two wonderful boys (ex-husband could have used some lessons from Timothy! Ha!) and finishing up nursing school. I graduate this summer and these last couple of months have been very difficult. I have been carrying a lot of blame in my heart and I need to be reminded that God will bring peace and joy to my life, but only if I let Him. And I will let Him by striving to be a Proverbs 31 woman, one day at a time. Thank you for this lesson!

  16. Thank you! I love Proverbs 31! I look forward to following this summer! But even more thanks for the reminder of where my eyes need to be! It’s a nice way to start my Monday!

  17. Wow, if this isn’t God talking to me. This was our pastors message yesterday as we celebrated Mother’s Day. While she is intimidating what an example has been laid before us to honor our Father. A great way to start Monday! I’m so excited!

  18. I know exactly what you are talking about when you said “Intimidating!” Like most women, I am far from perfect. I struggle as a mom and a wife, trying to keep all those platters spinning up in the air. Thank you for pointing out that this is a lifetime goal, not something I have to do in one day. Looking forward to this study and becoming more like this woman.

  19. I will be trying to follow along as best I can!! I have to use the CC option and its got alot of fine tuning to do before its very helpful!!! (it gets most of the words wrong), But a study on the Prov 31 woman….and to make her more inspiring rather than intimidating…and to see how she applies to us today will be great!

  20. Alright! I’m gettin’ excited! Your energy and enthusiasm is spilling over thru the computer screen! Let’s do this!

  21. I’m in! I love your passion and fire Courtney! You are such an encourager and inspiration to me. I am downloading your ebook and I am so looking forward to this series and learning how to become a Proverbs 31 woman! Thank you both for helping us live for our King!

  22. Hi Courtney! So excited for this study! Your excitement in the video is very contagious and I appreciate it. I’m having trouble getting the free e-book. I get your emails each day, but when I click the link it tells me to subscribe. I already did that last week and it is still not working. LMK what I need to do. Look forward to reading the book!

  23. I’m in! Just finished reading Proverbs 31 and I thinks the woman is inspiring. I don’t think she accomplished all she did in a day, that’s overwhelming, but instead in a season. Looking forward to this study!

    1. Yes in season is correct and I have recently prayed and reflected on this. When my list starts to get long and I feel I am cheating someone out of time. The Holy Spirit told me – in time – you will be able to volunteered and do more. As my children are growing I see my time and schedules changing so it is encouraging that I know someday I will be able to accomplish more on the 31 Proverbs list. I so so agree with you comments. Thanks:)

  24. I’m inspired by this woman because knowing this woman exists within Gods word shows me I can be this woman too. Like you mentioned, she didn’t do all of these things in one day but everything listed is who she was/is. I think once we know something is possible, it is much easier to obtain. Thank you for this first message. I look forward to many more this summer.

  25. Oh, to be like Mrs. Proverbs 31……but even more important, to be like Jesus! In striving to be more like Mrs. Pro.31, I am better serving my heavenly Father. Only through HIS strength can I even attempt to reach this goal. 🙂

  26. I am going through this study along side my Bible Study partners from church. I am looking forward to learning more about becoming a true Proverbs 31 woman. It is more inspiring than intimidating, but WOW, what incredible virtues to strive for!

  27. I agree, your enthusiasm is contagious! I like your comment that she did not do these all in a day, rather these were attributes that she expressed over many years. Thank you for the background on the letter, I never dug that deep! Blessings!!

  28. I’m in!!! I’m so excited to start this journey! In in a funk right now…feeling unappreciated, unloved, almost used in a way…by my family. I have been begging and pleading with God to help me, guide me, open my eyes to some guidance. I believe He has guided me right to the study. I couldn’t be more ready for this! Thank you!!!

  29. Courtney,

can you tell me how far I should read in the ebook for the next study? I don’t want to jump ahead. 😉 I would love to soak in each attribute on it’s own.

    In Joy,
    Amy

  30. Thank you for the time you have put into creating this. I’m eager for the journey of becoming more and more like the Proberbs 31 woman.

  31. Courtney, your enthusiasm is contagious! I am excited about this study. I, too, have seen many blogs where women are talking about how the Proverbs 31 wife is an illusion and we need to stop being hard on ourselves and just relax and don’t worry about it…Yes, we have to take care of ourselves. But, those notions are NOT scripturally based, and in fact go directly against scripture! God holds us to a higher standard and expects us to hold ourselves to a higher standard!

I look forward to following through with this study as I seek to let go of all the things of this world that I have allowed to influence me, and instead focus on Jesus! You are so right. I’ve taught on it and written about it many times myself. Just like Peter walking on water…we have to keep our eyes on Jesus!

    Blessings to you, Courtney!

  32. I am a young mother with a 2 year old son. I find the proverbs 31 woman intimidating but also inspiring because in this day there are not many women we can look up to when needing advice to serve and love our families. I love that the proverbs 31 woman will always be someone I can look up to who will never fail us or lead us in the wrong direction.

  33. Hello and Good Morning! I am so excited and fearful to begin this study! Just recently I was given an awesome compliment by my husband of 17 years. He said: My wife is a Proverbs 31 woman. I cried. yes. I cried. Since coming to Jesus 2 years ago I have changed in many ways but there is NO way that I am HER~! no way. but he insisted. I graciously accepted his compliment and privately thought he was insane. So here I am. SO excited to learn how to become…and live life AS a Proverbs 31 Woman!
    Praise God!
    Tracy

  34. New to a GMG study, I have set up a fb group for our MOPS ladies. We are so excited. As far as things like the “ice breaker” for day 2, will you post info about that or is that something we come up w/ on our own.

  35. I am so eager to begin. This is my first time following GMG for a bible study. It is such a blessing as the school year ends and I can transition into this rather easily. I hope to complete more bible studies with you as well. Thank you so much!

    Blessings!

  36. What a great time to start this study with the Mothers Day Holiday here. As my children set their alarm clocks, made me breakfast on Mothers Day. The Verse “Her children arise and call her blessed.” Really hit home. And yes 31 is a inspiration and reflection on what we can improve on. Thanks for the video – truly fixing our eyes on Jesus is what will keep you focused to the task. PS My kids over heard it this morning – and shared how perky and cheerful you are, they said must be coffee – but I added it is coffee and the Holy Spirit:) PS Read the first couple of pages today of the book.

  37. I use to find her Intimidating. I use to be scared to become the woman that I want to be. I didnt think I could be that woman and be happy nor did I have that example from my mom. All I had was an angry woman who was indenial about who she was and who she was becoming. A generation of women who didnt have a hubby or a family that loved them. AND I wanted to stop that cycle. AND the cycle stopped when I typed in a better wife (or to that effect) at youtube and I found Courtney and was so inspired that I figured if she could be that happy with homemaking and ITS in the bible, then why can’t I? WHY am I keeping myself from what I want to be but didn’t know how to be? SO I just started watching ALL OF her videos and changed that day. I AM NOT perfect but I told myself everyday is different and IF GOD gives me that chance to wake up everyday, that I was going to do something different to change and get better. BECAUSE I deserve a family and my family needs a woman like me. SO I say thank you COURTNEY (me as a groupie, yes thats me {Laniecehoward}), thank you for being an inspiration to not only me, but to other WOMEN in the world WHO choose to either break the mold of what is considered as feminism, WHO choose to say I AM THE KEEPER OF MY HOME and this is some how frowned upon, why? WHO choose to give the children back to GOD and say this is your child, and I will raise this child to be a child of GOD! TO those who choose to pray over their children and husbands. I DONT know you but I love you and I pray that god continues to bless you and your family, all days of your and their lives. Thank you and continue to do GOD’s work and keep making those videos so I have something to look forward to and to inspire me! Thanks Kelley

  38. I love the Prov. 31 woman – you can barely see any white areas around that section in my Bible, I’ve added so many notes! Years ago, our associate pastor’s wife and I co-wrote and presented The Dominion Woman, based on Prov. 31. She has so much to teach us.

  39. I am so excited. I’ve been looking for a study like this for some time now! Our Pastor preached Sunday on the Biblical Women, and it just impressed upon my heart how important it is to “get it” Thank you for helping us “get it”

  40. Hi Courtney,

I found you somehow through pinterest and believe that God led me to you. You are an inspiration to all Christian women! Thank you for this Bible study of the Proverbs 31 woman. Thank you also for caring so much and taking the time to help other women. I feel so blessed to have found you.

  41. What a blessing this is going to be! I have been that frustrated woman that looked at Proverbs 31 in disbelief but now I see it as a guide to making my life more like Christ. Christ himself tells me “Be ye perfect” knowing that I will fail if I don’t go on this journey with Him! Thank you for all you do!
    Blessings,
    Terri Sue

  42. I am so thrilled to see this today. I have been wanting to start this study for sometime now. I am a homeschooling mom with 5 kids. I have recently decided that I was tired of living the double life i was in. For the last 9 years I had everyone (including my husband) convinced that my addiction problems were a thing of the past. I recently discovered Women Living Well. Through this the Lord really started working in my heart. I just couldnt keep it up I finally felt like I had to choose what path I want in life. So I confessed everything to my husband and our church family. The support has been over whelming. I guess I was expecting an angrier response then the love I received. Now I have been examining all the things I didn’t realize was being neglected for so long. I am looking forward to finally learning how to be the women God wants me to be. I do believe the posting of this was all in Gods perfect timing.
Thank you so much for posting this.

  43. I cannot wait to jump into our study. I downloaded the book weeks ago, waiting to begin and now I can’t figure out how to find it! Help, please 🙂

  44. I am ready to embark in this journey. Very excited to be part of this Bible study. I find the woman from Proverbs 31 to be inspiring, elegant, hard working, sweet, gentle spoken, loving and caring. She inspire me to be the best I can be and not be too hard on myself. It takes a strong woman to do the things we are led by God to do but with tenacity and love we can endure anything. Thank you for the inspiring video. I also would like to receive a copy of the book. Again thank you!
    Angie

  45. Courtney, I know that I told you I would never comment because I wanted to respect your time, but that video was comment worthy! Wow! I am going through the book Creative Counterpart with a few other women, and we talk at about proverbs 31 a lot! There’ s no way we can ever be like that using our own strength, that’s when we fail and some eventually give up. We can only do these things with supernatural power! But I love the reminder in Hebrews about fixing your eyes on Jesus. It’s truly the only way. Thanks for the reminder! Now, I’m going to finish cleaning up my kitchen, get dinner ready and go plant my garden ! Seriously! Love you!
    Stephanie warren

    1. Hey you!!! You are NEVER taking my time – and it was SO fun to see you pop up here 🙂 Thanks for the encouragement and I love Linda Dillow’s Creative Counterpart! That’s a great book!
      Love you too!!! 😉
      Courtney

  46. Count me in!! – as a 52 yr.old mom, I should be an older woman (hope in some ways I am!), but I still need to learn – I consider it a privilege to be called to such holy behavior and only pray that the Lord will help me to even hit the mark by the smallest measure but I will aim for the highest!!~ thank you for your wonderful service to women and to the Lord!!

  47. The video was very inspiring!

Proverbs 31 will be my mediation tonight after my Rosary – Thank you for much inspiration and looking forward to this journey

  48. Inspiring to reach towards a standard that this world does not reflect… to teach our boys to look for a woman of excellence… to teach our daughters to be of virtue and not be consumed by the messages the media puts forth… to be purposeful in our days and ways. I’m looking forward to being a doer of God’s word and not a summer sloth!

  49. I LOVED your book and I’m so excited about this study!! I have been enspired by the prov 31 wife and you helped me feel like being more like her is do-able. Thank you for doing this!

  50. I am excited to begin this study of the Proverbs 31 woman! Courtney, your enthusiasm in the video really shows through and I can’t wait to dive into the word with you and all the other women doing this study!

  51. I am actually both intimidated and inspired by the Proverbs 31 woman. I know not every woman is even capable of fulfilling all these characteristics. Such impossibly big shoes to fill! But it inspires me to do better, to reach higher. It gives me a goal to work toward. Each day the Lord refines me more and more–bringing me ever closer to the goal.

  52. Hey everyone,
I have to say HOW amazing God is… I have been praying for god to keep me in his word, We have recently moved to a new state. The one thing i miss most about our move is that i dont have my bible study girls anymore. So just this morning i was looking for a online group to do a bible study with. I had to give up on my search cause i had to make lunch for my 2 year old and put my almost 6 month old to sleep. So When i looked at my facebook and saw this link on Time warp wife’s page i was like NO way this is so not what i think it is.. God answered my prayers for finding a study group!!! AHEM!! My only question is what do i need to join this group!! I know God has put this in my path for a reason!!

  53. I have definitely never heard the Proverbs 31 passage summarized that way and I appreciate your perspective on this. I think a lot of women take this chapter out of context, most notably by starting at the verse where the characteristics of the noble women- instead of reading and noting (as you said) that this is a summary of a noble woman to look for from a mother to the king, her son. This changes it from “here is Solomon’s wife” or “here are a bunch of wives Solomon had, combined into one super woman”- both explanations of this passage I have incorrectly heard before. I look forward to this series Courtney!

  54. Life sometimes pulls some very cruel twists on us but as the women of our households we have had to learn to follow the example of what God wants us to be for our families. My husband has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease so I do have to the things that are talked about in this Proverb (plus some) but my husband no longer understands or knows what I am doing but I know that, with God’s help and direction, I am doing the very best I can. I pray that younger wives can look at this Proverb as a list of things not to fear but work on.

  55. Hi Courtney! Thanks so much for doing this study. Your video was great! I’m IN!
My step sons are grown men in their late 30’s and are not Christians and still single. They are having the worst time trying to find a woman and I try to post about this woman all the time on FaceBook for them to read without pushing her down their throats. We live in Southern Calif. and they both live together in Texas. So we communicate online and there’s a strained relationship with their dad so they don’t always call but I call them! Love, Carolyn… 52 and still trying to be that Prov. 31 woman!

  56. Dear Courtney: Thank you for your voice in this culture that so often devalues the role of wife and mother! As a 52 year old sahw/sahm (homeschooled our now-grown kids) I want to commend you and tell you that you are doing well! I love it, and am still married to my best friend at 31 years and going strong. Blessings to you and your family!

  57. Wow! This is an answer to pray! I have been praying for weeks and months, “Lord, help me be a Proverbs 31 woman. Help me be all that You desire me to be.” And as I was getting frusterated and feeling like I’m not getting better, my friend Wendy posted the link to this on Facebook. What a blessing! Thank you so much and I am really looking forward to this study.

  58. Proverbs 31 inspires me. It makes me want to strive to be the best I can be as a wife and a mother. I may not be exactly that “virtuous woman”, but I do want to be the best that I can be in Jesus.

  59. Thank you for this! I’ve done a study on Prov 31 years ago,but I need it again! Thank you for the sweet reminder that she did these things over time- different seasons of her life and not in one day 🙂

  60. I love the video you made Courtney, truly inspirational!

I first read the Proverbs 31 a few years back when I started to read the Old Testament in detail. I’m very fortunate to be able to read them in Greek as well and has a whole other dimension in meaning.
In 31:10 “A wife of noble character who can find?” In Greek it is “Who can find a brave/courageous woman?” To me at first it was a shock. Why not seek a virtuous, a saint, or a wise woman? What makes bravery and courage suck an important characteristic? Why courage is more valuable than gemstones? Because this is a woman that her husband will trust his heart in her.

Going back in the time that this was written, in the pre Christian years, it was a revolutionary thought. A woman so brave that her husband can’t trust her completely, indeed it was very rare as men were looking at women with contempt.

I’d like also to add that the Epistle of Paul to Titus (Titus 2) has similar and additional guidance for women : the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.

All those characteristics are possible to exist in a woman only if she a courageous one. A woman has to go beyond herself and show valiance to achieve any virtue. It is hard work but the blessings are countless.

And any woman would very naturally ask (and I agree) why women have to work so hard? What about men? Well that is very clear in Galatians 3:28 “there is neither male nor female: for you are all one in Christ Jesus”
Everything we study is good advice for men too 🙂

    Blessings!

  61. I am so excited to embark on this journey with you Courtney! You’ve been such a wonderful ministry and inspiration to me. I can’t wait to dive in to Proverbs 31!

  62. Thank you for this study!

For quite a few years, I have mentioned to my mom how I desired to be a Proverbs 31 woman, and I have been on a quest to find a study for just this purpose. I found your site through Crystal’s moneysavingmom.com site – nothing is ever by accident – Praise the Lord!

I look forward to my journey with you, growing in my walk as a believer and follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, and as a Proverbs 31 woman!

    God bless you and Angela!

  63. Good Morning!!! I am so excited to be part of this study. I am 33, mommy of two and I work out side of the home 40+ a week. I am looking forward to my “lunchtime” study of Proverbs 31. I know I will be blessed as I study and seek God’s wisdom. I didn’t grow up in church and until a little over a year ago (Nov 7,2010) I didn’t know Jesus as my Savior. I have my study guide (check) my One Virtue At A Time printed (check) and my best friend is joining me on the journey (check!!!).

My question is: do we discuss what we put in our study guide daily, or this just a guide line for ourselves? I love the idea of an open forum- different eyes and heart can reveal different things that I didn’t see.

thank you for this opprotunity, Courtney! God Bless you!

    1. 🙂 I’m so glad you are joining us! The guide is for you and your own personal study – how much you discuss is your choice. Most share just 2-3 sentences about what they learned that day during their quiet times.

      1. My BFF and I were reading the study guide and notice on page 3 that is said:” by the end of the 12 weeks, you will have written out the entire book of Ephesians in your journal.” Was this just transposed from a previous study? Or did I miss something? 🙂 I am known for doing that from time to time.

        Thank you for your time!

  64. I am so excited to be doing this study and after watching your video I am “super” excited!!! I love your blog and am so looking forward to this study!
    Blessings

  65. can I suggest that we create a Twitter hash tag to use with this study? I’m going to start using #GMGP31 on my posts, so anyone looking for all of them can just look up that hash tag. Just a suggestion and you’re welcome to use that hash tag as well.

    Blessings!
    Susan

  66. The girls in my GMG group just got a little chuckle. I asked what their thoughts were on the Proverbs 31 woman before we began. I thought it might be interesting to see if those thoughts changed after doing the study. I mentioned the views some women have, as well as adding my own thoughts. It wasn’t until later that I watched the video. You said much of the same things I said! :). One of the ladies thought I was just sharing what you had said!

I love how we all have the same Holy Spirit speaking God’s truth into us.

  67. Super excited to get started and looking forward to spending the summer with others who are also seeking to be more of a Proverbs 31 woman!

  68. Nothing like a little pneumonia and my husband leaving for 7-1/2 months on sabbatical to throw off the start to a new study. Spent some time reading the passages for last week and watching the video. Ready to start a new week with the Proverbs 31 woman.

  69. Wow! What an inspiration you are! I am just diving in and spending a little time “catching up”. It has been on my heart to take a deeper look at Proverbs 31 and I came across this study via confessions of a homeschooler’s blog and thought, “Ok! It’s time!” I have everything for the study; now I just have to do it! I also have to figure out where to post comments: here, there’s a group on facebook and the good morning girls site – I don’t know where to go first! lol. But I know where I AM going…deep in between the verses of Proverbs 31! Thank you for the video! It was very inspiring; I can just feel the power of God and your passion! Thanks for being obedient to your calling!

  70. This chapter is both intimidating and inspiring to me–sounds like it will be really great to go through, though. I just finished memorizing the passage a couple weeks ago, and have studied it on and off. Looking forward to more!

    God bless,

  71. This video was amazing. I am in a place where I want to be all that God has called us to be. I want to be able to honor my family and my husband. I want to understand how God wants me to do this. I am excited for this lesson!

  72. I’m so excited I can’t wait to get started I’m about to invite some of my other friends on this journey with me…Keep ur eyes on God,very powerful..

  73. There is no need for this woman to be intimidating because all women of God can become her but it is a process……I’m loving this and my wish and desire is to become this woman fully and prayerfully. No one’s life is perfect and will all happen at the same time but it will come through growth.

  74. I have been looking all over for a Proverbs 31 bibly study and finally found yours. I just have a question? What do you mean by observations and applications in the study.

    1. I just changed this post because it is from when we were running a summer book club over at a different website. Once you download the ebook – if you want to do further study – there are links now in the post for the Bible Study Guide and Bible reading Plan to go with the ebook…inside of the study guide you will find a place for writing out your observations and applications.

      Hope that helps 🙂
