  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 4 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
  1. Beat cream cheese, green onions, almonds, & cheddar cheese together.
  2. Divide mixture into 3 balls- one large, one medium, one small.
  3. Roll each ball in Parmesan cheese.

  5. Place a slice of your carrot on for a nose.
  6. Serve with crackers/and veggies!

*I doubled this recipe and changed it around a bit with the ingredients I had on hand. You can do the same! Enjoy!

  1. Anyone else have trouble mixing this? It’s almost too thick for my hand mixer. Guess I should’ve gotten out the kitchen aid.

  2. Is it 28 oz. of cream cheese, 2, 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, or what? I would like to make this for our New Year’s Eve party. Thank you!
