This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. – Joshua 1:8

In response to today’s question. I struggled with my supervisor at my very first full time job. I finally decided to pray for my attitude towards her and her salvation. Funny how I was able to respect her position. God is good when we get things in the proper order according to God’s Word. Years later I saw her and she could hardly wait to tell me she had accepted Christ as her Savior. God is awesome.
That is awsome!!
That is a great story. I do that. When I find someone difficult or find that I do not like a person. I start praying for them, not for them to change as if they are the problem, but start praying for God to bless them and praying kind things for them.
Sometimes I have to pray through gritted teeth, but as I continue to pray for them, my heart softens and I find that I have sincerely began to care about them, to forgive them, to see them as God sees them, and to have more grace with them.
When I try to print the verses for this week (Ecc Week 5) I get the verses coming up for last week. Can you look into this, please.
Hi Birdie,
