The Grand Opening of our new store!

Today the store opens —–> HERE!

Every word we put on a mug or pen was carefully chosen and has a deeper meaning. Our prayer is that they inspire and encourage you.

Be Still

Be still, and know that I am God.”
(Psalm 46:10)

Psalm 46:10 is one of my favorite Psalms. Actually – I love the entire Psalm – verses 1 through10, but we couldn’t fit the entire passage on a mug! Lol!

I have this verse hanging on multiple walls in my home and the refrigerator door, to remind me – no matter how hard some days can be – God’s got this. I can be still and trust in God.

It is Well With My Soul

The man who wrote the hymn “It is Well With My Soul” had suffered great loss. First, he lost his business in a Chicago fire and then he put his wife and 4 daughters on a ship to England, with plans to join them soon. But on their trip across the Atlantic, their ship sunk and his four daughters died. As he sailed across the ocean to meet his grieving wife, he penned these words:

“When peace like a river attendeth my way,
When sorrows like sea billows roll-
Whatever my lot, thou hast taught me to say,
It is well, it is well with my soul.”

No matter how difficult life can be, may we too trust in our faithful God and say with confidence, “It is Well with My Soul”.

Walk with the King

In 2007, I began my first Good Morning Girls group. There was a girl in the group who ended her email with these words, “Walk with the King.” I loved it! And so when I began blogging in 2008, I signed my first blog post with those very words…and 12 years later…I am still signing every blog post with the words: “Walk with the King”.

It is my only hearts desire that I would point you to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords and that you would walk with him daily and know him intimately.

Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
(Philippians 2:9-11)

Saved – Forgiven – Accepted – Loved – Worthy – Brave

When I think about what God has done for me – these are the words that come to mind. He has SAVED me, FORGIVEN me, ACCEPTED me, LOVED me, called me WORTHY of his love and he has made me BRAVE.

I have gone through all sorts of trials in my life, but I refuse to live from a place of defeat!

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
(Romans 8:37)

I pray that you too would know these truths deep in your soul and live as a one who is saved, forgiven, accepted, loved, worthy and brave!

Fearless – Unshakable – Beautiful

These pens focus on trusting God.

When we trust God – we’ll be fearless.
When we trust God – we’ll be unshakable.
When we trust God – we’ll trust that he is making all things beautiful in his time.
And so we can rest and have peace as we trust in Him.

She is clothed with strength and dignity,
and she laughs without fear of the future.
(Proverbs 31:25)

Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken.
(Psalm 62:6)

He has made everything beautiful in its time.
(Ecclesiates 3:11)

This is the heart and prayer behind every item in the store. I pray you are encouraged and inspired to rest in the Lord your God. He loves you so!

Keep walking with the King,
Courtney
