Good Morning Girls Resources {Job 38-42}

This is it! Our final full week in the book of Job!  Wow – that flew by!  This week we will read chapters 38-42. These are some of my favorite chapters in all of the Bible!  I can’t wait to reflect on them together!

All of the resources for the final 5 chapters are included here below!

In case you missed last week’s announcement:

We begin our study in the Gospel of Mark on Monday, March 7th!

Our Bible Reading Plan will line up nicely with Easter.
This book is perfect as we prepare our hearts for Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday.

This study will run from March 7th to March 28th.

The optional Mark Journal is available now exclusively on Amazon!

Now let’s get back to this week’s study and finish strong!!!

If you are new here – jump in with our reading this week.  All are welcome to join anytime – there are no enrollments or sign-ups!

Here is this week’s Bible Reading Plan:

This week we will look at:

Chapter 38:  God Speaks!  God’s wisdom and power are displayed through the sun, stars, rain, thunder, lightening, hail, frost and snow.

Chapter 39: God’s wisdom and power are displayed through the mountain goats, wild donkeys, wild oxen, horses, hawks and eagles.

Chapter 40: Job responds and is silenced.  God responds to Job presenting the Hippopotamus (aka the Behemoth – some think this could be an elephant as well).

Chapter 41:  The power of God is displayed in the crocodile (aka Leviathan).

Chapter 42:  Job repents, his friends are rebuked and his wealth is restored.

Here are this week’s Group Discussion Questions

The Verses of the Day:

I encourage you to choose which verse you’d like to memorize or meditate on.  The printable below includes all 5 verses of the day — for the entire week!

Print and cut them out and put them in the bathroom, kitchen, beside your bed and computer and use them for meditation throughout the week.

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. – Joshua 1:8
