🐳 God’s Calling Feels Too Hard – Now What? (Jonah 1 & 2)

Have you ever felt like God was asking you to do something you just didn’t want to do? Maybe it felt too big… too scary… or too costly.

Wrestling with God’s calling isn’t a sign of weaknessβ€”it’s a sign you’re listening. But let’s be real: obedience doesn’t always feel easy.

πŸ™ Sometimes, what God asks of us stretches us beyond what we think we’re capable of.

I get itβ€”that is exactly what my life feels like right now.

In this week’s video, I’m talking about what it looks like to wrestle with God’s calling on your life.

πŸ’™ There are some hard things I have not shared with you all yet that I am currently going through. I talk about it briefly in this video because I want to be honest but I am not ready to share the details yet. I hope to share more after the Jonah study ends.

If you’ve ever felt resistance in your heart or fear about stepping into what God’s asked of you, today’s video is for you…

If you’re wrestling with God’s calling on your life right now, I want you to knowβ€”you’re not alone. God sees your hesitation. He’s patient with your questions. And He’s faithful to walk with you every step of the way.

Don’t let fear or doubt hold you back.

Jonah felt it and chose to run. Maybe you are feeling it too. Don’t run. Talk to God about your fears, open His Word, and take the next step of obedience.

β€”no matter how small.

Trust that God will walk you through –
whatever he has called you to.

Keep walking with the King,

COURTNEY

  1. Courtney, thank you for your beautiful ministry. My heart hurts for you and my prayers are with you. Your testimony gives me hope and courage to trust God through my grief of losing my husband unexpectedly. I too have wrestled with God’s will, as to why this happened. But I am encouraged to not run away from God. Thank you. God bless you sweet Courtney.

  2. Praying for you Courtney! May our Heavenly Father continue to bless you and keep you, comfort you in this time of darkness . I am very thankful for your ministry.
