Hi Courtney, new fan, found you from a Google search! Have a blessed day! New Follower.
Courtney, you’re amazing that you get so much done while you’re still being a great mom! Thanks for pointing people to Jesus in the everyday things of life.
The best experience I ever had that caused me to grow with God was with a women’s Bible study group at our church. For years I had been focusing on how to get over my bitterness towards my dad, and that thought–and the unforgiveness–consumed my relationship with God. Everytime I prayed, it was as a wounded daughter. It was my whole spiritual identity.
In my early twenties, when I really started doing Bible study with other women, I got my eyes off of myself and onto Jesus. And whatever you focus on expands! And in those years, God changed my heart and helped me to forgive without me even realizing it. He changed me on the inside because I was focusing on simply getting to know Him better.
So I’d encourage every woman–even if you’ve got little kids–to do a Bible study that keeps you accountable to other women! The more we focus on Jesus, the bigger He gets in our lives!

Thank you so much for choosing your book to start the book club! I recently downloaded it and wanted to finish my current read before I started it. This will be MUCH more fun than independent reading, and surely more rich in comprehension and perspective! Thank you!
I’ve been reading through your eBook and posting my thoughts each week on my blog. I’m not finished, but you have already given me so much to think about. Thanks for being such an inspiration and encourager. You are a blessing to many!
Wow, this should be a fun one to do and continue to follow your thoughts.
Happy Easter!
