My Typical Breakfast, Avodah Coffee Giveaway

I’m a little embarrassed to admit it – but this is what I usually have for breakfast every morning! Actually I have a cup of sweet coffee {wink} with an over easy egg. Okay – try not to leave me a hundred comments telling me how unhealthy Sweet n Low, my creamer or my coffee is lol!!!…cause… well… I know this is not the breakfast of champions but it’s the breakfast that holds me until lunch and truth be told – it just makes me happy 🙂 .

Then Jessica from Muthering Heights sent me this:

She sent me some Avodah Coffee which is from her husband’s very own indie coffee roasting business.

Now let’s be honest – I clearly am not a girl who drinks her coffee black…so I was a little afraid to try something new since I like mine sweet…I thought… what if this is really icky and she asks me to review it on the blog.  I love this girl – I don’t want to hurt her feelings…but I’d have to be honest.

Well –  I bit the bullet and brewed some Avodah Coffee.

And I added my sweeteners – please forgive me 🙁 –  and voila – AMAZING amazing coffee!!  My first try was Mocha Java – I loved it and Avodah Coffee has been bringing me into the day ever since!

So here’s the scoop on Avodah…Jessica writes:

Why the name Avodah?

The essence and mission of Avodah Coffee – and the basis for our name – is our heart to serve.

Our purpose is to combine our passion for coffee with our passion for missional living. We desire to offer upscale luxury quality coffee at an everyday affordable price, and make the world a better place through our business.

Avodah Coffee was born out of our family’s mission to live a life of Avodah – one in which our work, worship, and service occur simultaneously as we walk with our God. This business is a means of tying those three components together as we work alongside each other, ethically practicing coffee farmers, and importers. And of course, bringing you awesome coffee!

I’ve shared a few bags with Miss Peak 313 Fitness

And Miss Comfy In The Kitchen is lovin’ it too!

So it’s your turn to try it!

Just leave a comment on this post telling me your favorite coffee to drink or breakfast to eat and you’ll be entered to win 1 of 5 bags of Avodah Coffee!  The 5 winners will be announced on Saturday!

But usually I will get a DD Carmel Iced latte… Delish!

  30. Maxwell House Master Blend with Coffee Mate Italian Sweet Cream Creamer is my current with breakfast, and my favorite that I can afford. I really love Dunkin’s Donuts coffee and Starbucks, too, but they are not in my regular budget!

  31. I drink it very close to how you drink yours. I use Folgers Colombian and the same exact creamer you use but I don’t put any sweetener in mine. If I put enough creamer it’s sweet enough. I also love McDonald’s iced vanilla coffees! I treat myself to one of those every so often! Would love to try some Avodah coffee!!

  35. I never have the same breakfast every morning but I will have a cup of folders coffee with my favorite creamer, Almond Joy. LOVE IT

  36. Breakfast is always different…most weekdays it’s cereal, toast or oatmeal. I put on a cup of coffee first thing when I wake up, my morning coffee is usually pretty strong, as it helps give me the kick I need to get four kids ready and out the door. 🙂

  37. I’m a Starbucks girl (living in Washington state, you tend to either love Starbies or Seattle’s best) I put a splash of Vanilla Coconut milk in my coffee every morning and my breakfast is either homemade oatmeal or Kashi Go lean berry crunch.

  38. My favorite coffee is Dunkin’ Donuts French Vanilla but we mix it 50/50 w a plain decaf. I drink it black other than special occasions. I’d love to try Avodah! Thanks for the chance to win.

  39. Hello would love to try that new amazing looking coffee! Right now I do the Kcup with Starbucks breakfast blend with creamer and a smidge of sugar in the raw!!!

  40. I drink any breakfast blend coffee (K cup) or not. I have 3 coffee makers (yes I love coffee)
    splenda
dash of french vanilla creamer to finish breakfast I might add a piece of toast to it.

  41. My breakfast every morning consist of 2 cups of Maxwell House coffee, with 2 tsp of sugar per cup, and about 2tbs of Coffee Mate French Vanilla Creamer!!! YUM!!!

  42. I love coffee but I’m no expert on it. But I will say Starbucks coffee is way too strong for me unless its one of the super sweet creamy concoctions. I buy Folgers for home. I have to have cream or milk, powdered or liquid, and sugar or stevia. I have already been following Avodah coffee on Twitter. I’m impressed with their ministry and business. I have planned to buy some and would sure love to win some!

  43. When the four children I have (2 mine, and 2 I watch) actually allow me to have breakfast, I like to have what I call a “Toasty Cheese” sandwich. Two pieces of toast, butter, and a slice of cold American cheese….sort of like a lazy mans grilled cheese. My dad used to make them for me when I was a kid! I also HAVE to drink at least a cup of coffee each morning with one scoop of sugar and a bit of half and half….it helps keep me sane!

  44. ~ My favorite coffee is Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha…hope to win the free coffee it sounds great!!!

  45. lol! So what did Miss Peak 313 have to say about your breakfast?! 😉

My most common breakfast is meusli with almond milk and frozen blueberries. And coffee, with honey and almond milk. The part that is embarrassing… I usually just drink instant coffee from Trader Joe’s. My coffee snob Hubby can’t stand it. But he leaves for work veeeery early and makes his coffee there.

  46. flavored Community Coffee is my favorite…and I like it sweeet with cream 🙂
I also love many breakfast foods….there are few I do not love. But, right now, my fave is vanilla yogurt with strawberries & walnuts. mmmm!!

  47. Unfortunately I have to leave my house before seven for work every morning so my time is limited which is usually why I swing into the nearby Starbucks … and probably spend too much money … I really like vanilla caramel coffees though if I have time to make at home. With a shot of vanilla creamer= instant ahh factor and some relaxation (although usually brief)

  48. My favorite coffe to drink (thus far) is the Pioneer Woman’s Perfect Iced Coffee. It’s less acidic for those that need that. I admit that I cheat and heat it up on cold mornings but it is lovely with some ice on hot afternoons! She throws some condensed milk in it, along with the half and half. Delicious! Your friend’s business (and coffee) sounds wonderful!

  49. I love ‘sweet’ coffee too! The latest is 2 spoons of creamer, 1 squirt of raspberry syrup, 1 squirt of orange syrup and chocolate syrup to taste. Not lite but yummy! Locally it’s called the Sainty Sunrise. 🙂

  50. My first cup of the morning just has to be hot and ready – not picky. But once I wake up, I love a mild, flavorful coffee with no bitter kick. A friend just gave me a blend called Cowgirl Blend from a local indy shop and I am loving it!

  51. I love to have my coffee extra strong with a healthy pour or either hazelnut or vanilla liquid creamer. YUMM!

  52. My new breakfast is oatmeal with a splash of vanilla rice milk, a drop or two of pure maple syrup, chopped walnuts and frozen blueberries. I like New England Decaf Breakfast Blend coffee with Silk Soy Vanilla Creamer. Had two cups of it tonight after dinner 🙂

  53. I always have 2 cups of Tullys French Roast with 1T sugar and fat free half and half. Usually with wheat toast, butter, and jam. Gotta have my two cups 😉

  54. I mix Dunkin Doughnuts French Vanilla with Folgers Breakfast Blend half and half so it last longer. Then I add the Simply caramel or sweet cream creamer and a squirt of light whipped cream on top. That is how I MUST start every morning. I only do the whipped cream on the first cup, the rest only get the creamer. But, I would love to try this coffee.

  55. I make everything home made. My favorite is home made blueberry pancakes with bacon and eggs. I drink goats milk fresh from my goat with my breakfast and the kids love it.. Coffee I like Starbucks whole beans to grind up myself. I drink one or two hot cups in the morning with my hazelnut creamer or vanilla caramel. During the day I will drink the rest with caramel and chocolate or I have the flavored syrups I add to them. I love coffee and I love trying new brands and new flavors.

  56. My favorite is Starbucks Breakfast blend (decaf) with half & half and sugar…but lately I have been drinking green tea at home and stopping for circle K coffee on the way to work, can not stop at any store but circle k only coffee that is okay on the way to work and well I am a coffee freak so not just any coffee will do, it has to be good 🙂

  57. I wake up with High Desert Roasters Organic Rain forest Whole Beans (its from Costco) that I grind fresh every morning add some of my favorite coffeemate French Vanilla and a tsp of Raw sugar with a bagel egg sandwich and a refill of coffee 😉 I love me some coffee, lol.

  58. I drink SWEET coffee too!! I’m in love with Coffee-Mate’s amaretto creamer and a nice rich fresh ground from my local place. I will not order coffee out because I have to have my creamer!! Would love to try some Avadoh, thanks 🙂

  59. I am not really a breakfast person, but I love breakfast foods. Meaning, I will pig out on some french toast, eggs, & bacon at dinner-time over breakfast-time any day of the week. It’s not because of the amount of time it takes, but because I don’t really like to eat in the morning. So, I usually just eat something light. Leftovers from the night before are usually my go-to breakfast, but if we ate it all or I want to save it for lunch because there isn’t that much left, then I will eat some cereal or cinnamon toast.

    Is anyone else like this?

  60. My husband and I drink Ruta Maya medium roast coffee and espresso. If I just have coffee I like it with a little bit of sugar and half n half. If I make a latte I add agave nectar 🙂

  61. I also love my coffee sweet and iced. I make The Pioneer Woman’s recipe, so I always have smooth iced coffee ready. I add half n half and I use Torani sugar free syrups ~ usually carmel or vanilla flavor.

  62. Yum…coffee! We drink Fara, which is roasted locally in Austin. We are huge java fans and love to try different brands.

  63. I drink Folgers Black Silk Kcups with sugar free hazelnut creamer and a few packs of Splenda! I love mine sweet! For breakfast it’s either plain cooked oatmeal with cinnamon, raisins and sugar free maple syrup or an egg with a little cheese and turkey bacon. 🙂 Would l love To try Avodah coffee!

  64. My favorite coffee is made by my husband, simply 1 cup coffee with cream and sugar. Then, later for breakfast, a bowl of oatmeal with raisins and walnuts. When the mood strikes me, occasionally I have an Amaretto latte. Woot, woot!

  65. My husband and I are coffee lovers!! We recently purchased a Keurig. Butter Toffee k-cups by Gloria Jean are our favorite. But we have a “My K Cup” which allows us to still use ground coffee too. We both have to have our French Vanilla Coffeemate too! Oh, and please don’t forget the 1 Stevia in mine ;-).

For food, we usually do cereal, bagels, or yogurt, unless it’s the weekend when we do pancakes or waffles. 🙂

I have heard great things about Avodah and would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the change to try it!! Thank you for this awesome giveaway!! ♥

  66. We’re very much alike because our choice of coffee is the exact same–Dunkin Donuts French Vanilla always! Thanks for the opportunity to try something new! 🙂

  67. I eat a poptart every single day … not the breakfast of champions either, I suppose!! I do put stevia in my coffee now – or just creamer. 🙂

  68. I usually eat cereal of toast for breakfast. I LOVE coffee, but I don’t always drink it in the morning (it depends on the morning).

I ordered some Avodah coffee after I read Janelle’s post, and I’ve been drinking it for over a month now. Mmmmm . . . it’s delicious! I now have five bags in the cabinet (and I’ve already polished off one!). They have a new loyal customer!

Thanks for a chance to win a bag!

  69. My husband and I pick a matching coffee cup each morning. When we travel we often are looking for our favorite mug to share together in the morning. It helps bring a bit of intimacy to our mornings with our three kiddos under six. We also visit about the trip for a brief moment in the morning. After coffee…I have a protein shake or an egg with once piece of toast and fight not eating my kids left overs or trying their breakfast to be sure it is not poisoned…lol!

  70. Every morning…okk and through the day sometimes…okk most days.. 🙂 .. I drink Dunkin Doughnuts French Vanilla Coffee, with Coffee Mate liquid creamer, right now i am VERY obsessed with Cafe Mocha, it is SOO good. If i run out of that, because i can only find it in the small bottle.. i fall back on my french vanilla liquid creamer! 🙂

  71. Well, I don’t normally drink coffee. But when I do indulge in a cup, the more flavor the better. During the Christmas holidays I loved the eggnog coffee at Starbucks. Yum!
As far as my favorite breakfast….anything that I don’t have to prepare. 🙂 I love variety and I love to have someone else cook for me. Especially in these early days with a newborn (little girl born May 1) I’m too bleary-eyed to do more than a bowl of cereal.

  72. Coffee with cream and sucanat….and scrambled eggs with jelly toast! I would love to try this coffee!

  73. I really enjoy Starbucks cinnamon dolce frappucino or any coffee iced. I brew it and then put it in a mason jar with whatever creamer we’ve got around and let it get cold. mmmmm

    1. I loved to drink coffee, due to my health I am not allowed to, but I am allowed to drink cappuccino, two cups a day. I celebrate my cappu with a wonderful tasty bar of chocolate, sitting in my armchair in my room or in summerseason sitting in my garden on my bench and enjoying cappu, chocolate and the flowers in the garden.

  74. I start my day with a cup of joe from my beloved French press. I love the aroma that fills my kitchen as my little 2 year old sidekick helps me grind the beans every morning. Hmm, for an accompaniment, I love anything cinnamon-sugary like a coffee cake with strudel topping on it! Yum delish!

  75. I love to make my coffee, add a spoon of instant hot chocolate, splenda, a dash of vanilla and 1/2 and 1/2….. Oh, so good!

  76. I have yet to find a coffee that “I LOVE” so I am stuck drinking coffee that is ok. I would love to try this coffee though.

  77. Scrambled egg (boiled if I’m running late to school) topped with shredded mild cheddar cheese along with a cup of Starbucks caramel flavored coffee and three packets of Sugar in the Raw.

  78. Right now I’m loving my green smoothies for breakfast. When I’m not having that I love to eat peanut butter on toast and egg whites. I was just introduced to Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and OH MY…. I LOVE it!!!! My husband bought me a french press and I’ve been enjoying my french pressed coffee using the pearberry coffee from Trader Joes. I would love to try the Avodah coffee. 🙂 Hope I win a bag 😉

  79. With 9 children I am very much dependent on coffee to keep up! My favorite is green mountian french toast that I found in a holiday assortment after Christmas on Clearence. 😉

  80. I love breakfast it’s my favorite meal of the day. Weekends are reserved for the “big” breakfasts where I will go all out, but a usual weekday breakfast is oatmeal with peanut butter and some fruit, or Greek yogurt with some fruit and toast. Dunkin donuts or Starbucks pikes place coffee for me, with cream.

  81. I have 3 things I alternate for breakfast. The first is steel cut oats with raisins, slivered almonds, and lots of cinnamon. The second is Erin Baker’s fruit and nut granola with organic Clover milk (the best milk ever) or pancakes made with Kodiak Cakes whole wheat pancake mix and maple syrup. I never drink coffee but if I win I would give it to my daughter who loves coffee. She manages a restaurant and works a tremendous amount of hours and the coffee helps her stay alert.

  82. My breakfast every morning is Starbucks coffee(brewed at home) with raw oats mixed with 1 Tbl of coconut oil and a blended frozen banana to mix in like ice cream, yum!

  83. I rarely drink coffee and if I do it is a latte from Starbucks or one I make on my Illy Espresso machine. I would love, however to win for my husband. Breakfast for me could be peanut butter on a Trader Joe’s Multigrain waffle; a chocolate 25 gr protein drink; 6 shrimp; or Coaches Steel cut oats with brow sugar, walnuts, cherries, and a little coconut; or 4 oz Fages Greek Yogurt, sweetened with 4the pumps of Starbucks S/F Vanilla syrup and a little vanilla bean paste, with granola and a tablespoon of hemp seed.

  84. My breakfast is a lot like yours. Maxwell House and flavored creamer. I used to use 1 sweet n low, but during a fast I had cut that out & never went back to adding it back in!

  85. Being caffeine conscious, I just always go for a Latte (with 2 Sugars—ooooops need to be sugar conscious next time) in our office cafeteria with a pair of raisin toast. They have this loyalty card where I could get a stamp every time I buy so every 10th coffee is FREE!!!! Love freebies! 😀

  86. My favorite breakfast is oatmeal with coconut milk and raw honey, a pair or apple and a cup of coffee!!

  87. I love eggs (scrambled) in the a.m.- to me it’s simply the most perfect breakfast! On the subject of coffee, I too can’t drink it without creamer and sweet-n-low so the fact that Avodah tastes so good (as is) has my curiosity piqued- thanks!

  88. Every morning I have a cup of coffee with 2 tsp. of sugar and cream. I’m experimenting right now making my own flavored creamer. Then when hubby wakes up we have scrambled eggs with feta. I top mine with fresh tomatoes. Thanks for the opportunity to try some new coffee!

  89. My morning coffee of choice is an Italian cappuccino with skim milk and a tsp. of sugar made in my stovetop Bialetti Mukka Express made with Kimbo espresso. Delish!!

  90. I like my coffee best when it is made into ice cream. What’s not to love! I go for it when I can indulge in two delights at the same time.

  91. I love coffee and don’t have a particular brand that I prefer (what ever is on sale mostly) but I like my coffee strong and full bodies.

  92. I love my coffee with half and half and a packet of truvia! Thanks for the chance to win!
    gina.m.maddox (AT) gmail (DOT) com

  93. Can’t function without several cups of java. We do a 1/2 & 1/2 mixture of Millstone Breakfast Blend & Columbian beans – creamer only. Breakfast is usually two slices of English toasting bread (during the week) – I usually have something more substantial on weekends.

  94. I love my morning coffee! Eight o clock regular with regular coffee mate cream! Three mini bran muffins – homemade -and a banana. For some reason my stomach still growls by 10:30. Would love to try this! Thanks!

  95. My word! Coffee is in the title of my website and that’s no mistake! I love it from second cup (Canadian version of starbucks), americano, served black. Oh yeah!

  96. I must admit – i have not been a huge coffee drinker – instead, i have been a “froo froo” coffee drinker! Coffee with sugar, french vanilla creamer, and anything else that makes it fun! My husband makes it this way for me on Sunday mornings, right before I teach my first graders (all boys!) in Sunday School. Sounds like yummy coffee that you’re giving away – thanks!

  97. I start most mornings with a french roast or columbian coffee (usually decaf lately, since I’ve been advised to cut back on caffeine consumption..), with sugar and light cream (which isn’t all that healthy either – but I like my coffee light and sweet!). I’ve been TRYING to be better about eating breakfast, but it’s a struggle to remember.

  98. My favorite is pretty much any coffee (usually have Eight O’Clock or Folgers on hand), but I have to have French Vanilla Creamer and a couple of Splenda packets to sweeten it even more. Like you, I love mine sweet. And this pairs perfectly with an Egg-in-a-Hole (over easy, of course).

  99. I like food too much to just drink coffee for breakfast. 🙂 But love to have a cup of french roast (whatever happens to be on sale) later in the morning, with milk and some splenda or stevia. It’s my little morning pick-me-up as I chase the kiddos. 🙂

  100. Courtney,

I believe this post could be an answer to prayer. My sister, Laura Will, is about to open her first cupcake store, Scratch (the website I shared is hers), and is looking for a delicious coffee to serve at her shop. She has a heart for missions and is looking for a brand where the proceeds go to spreading the gospel or helping people in some way. She believes this new business venture is a means for her to help further God’s kingdom, and His presence has been on every detail from day one. I’m sure she already read this post, since she’s the one who introduced me and our friends to your blog and good morning girls. I’m going to mention it though obviously. Both of our families are HUGE coffee drinkers. We’re addicted to dd coffee in our own Bunn brewers. My favorite breakfast is a strong cup of dd and organic half & half (no sugar) and tomato, basil & mozzarella on whole wheat pita drizzled with evoo. Yum-O & D-lish!

  101. I love my COFFEE!!! When I am not at Starbucks having a Skinny Vanilla latte…I am have a cup of Gloria Jean’s Macadamia Cookie Coffee in my Kuerig WITH VANILLA CREAMER and a biscotti!!!!

When I am being good I eliminate the coffee and start my day with a VANILLA CHOCOLATE protein shake with fiber that is YUMMY!!! I think I try to TELL MYSELF I don’t need the coffee but I always come back for more. I am a mom with four younger children so MY EARLY MORNING IS MY TIME (that is COFFEE TIME and devotions) So, I have my protein shake every morning when everyone else is having breakfast or on my way out the door!!!!
I will certainly try the Avodah!!!!

  102. I’m not super picky on coffee brands, but I drink it with skim milk (made the switch from half & half) and a little sugar.

  103. I love my coffee! We have a coffeepot with a timer so it goes off at 5am for my husband. I get up at 6 or 6:30 and the first thing I do is pour my creamer (coffeemate too, lol) and get a mug of dark roasted goodness. We usually buy the store brand french roast unless there’s a good sale and then we splurge on Starbucks or Seattle’s Best.

  104. My favorite coffee is Malabar Triple X from Larry’s Beans, oh the aroma! I add a teaspoon of honey and a glug of coconut milk. Makes my day!

  105. I drink my coffee 1/3 chocolate almond milk to 2/3 coffee – my 4 month old is tolerant of my caffeine, but not so much of the dairy I was putting in it.

  106. I’m so happy I found your blog through the proverbs 31 I downloaded 🙂 thank you!
My coffee every morning is DD with coffee mate natural bliss low fat vanilla. I would love to try the new coffee, I love the whole idea of their company! Awesome!

  107. I wake up with Dunkin Donuts coffee also – I sprinkle some cinnamon on the grounds before brewing & have an extra special cup! Thanks!

  108. I drink Starbucks Blonde Veranda with a little whipping cream and stevia drops! Yummy! I would love to try some new coffee!

  109. I drink Jacobs Kronung coffee, a delicious German coffee. I cover the bottom of the mug with half and half then fill the cup with steaming hot coffee. Yummy! Thank you for the giveaway!

  110. I’m basically a black coffee kinda girl. I make a 10 cup pot each weekday morning, and drink a lot more than my husband does. When out and about, I will occasionally splurge on a frou- frou coffee from Starbucks or Caribou, but those are special treats and definitely not the norm. As for coffee brands, I’m a coupon clipper, so no brand loyalty here.

  111. My favorite coffee is not by brand so much as flavor. I love a nutty vanilla coffee with LOTS of cream and sugar.

  112. I have a cup of coffee with some caramel syrup and vanilla creamer in it (what I’d really like to have is a caramel latte from Panera Bread everyday, but don’t have the $ or one close enough to do that). Then I eventually eat some yogurt with berries in it and some homemade granola.

  113. I have 1-2 cups of coffee with sugar free hazelnut creamer. There’s nothing like a hot cup of coffee to jump start the day.

  114. Good Morning!!!! I am a fellow coffee drinker for bfast as well! I have a k-cup of medium brew Folgers with a splash of sweet cream creamer! I love it, it makes me feel happy, and there is something about reading Gods word in the morning with a hot drink in a pretty mug that just gives me joy 🙂 Thanks for sharing! Your blog inspires me!

  115. I usually only have coffee for breakfast also. I have Maxwell House coffee with Carnation French Vanilla Creamer. I may have a piece of toast on rare occasion. But usually I just sick with the coffee. I Love Coffee!! :o)

  116. Hi Courtney, my favorite breakfast, of all time. 1 cup + 1/8 cup Melitta coffee (brewed), 1 cup + 1/8 cup milk, 1/8 cup + 1 Tbsp. Bailey’s Irish Creamer ( in the refrigerated section of most grocery stores ), and 1/8 cup of chocolate syrup, put them all in a container or even mason jar with about 5-6 ice cubes, put on cover give it a good shake, I have bee having this about 2 years now , I have never had a coffee better

  117. I love Green Mountain Nantucket blend kcup 😉 after coffee and quiet time, I’ll have a a cup of Fage Greek plain yogurt with chopped walnuts and a swirl of honey!! Yummy!!

  118. I have a toasted g/f waffle with almond butter and peach preserves along with my cup of Starbucks breakfast blend coffee that I brew at home. I add in stevia and cream to sweeten it up.

    Jammie

  119. I like Dunkin Donuts decaf with LOTS of cream, no sugar or Starbucks decaf Mocha. My favorite breakfast is leftover rice fried with a little butter, eggs, and cheese.

  120. I’m not particular about the brand of coffee I drink, but I do love iced coffee. (and I love my coffee sweet, too. There is a plaque at work that says “I like my cream and sugar with a little coffee”….that’s me). Breakfast for me is usually a bagel or if I have planned ahead, a hard boiled egg on toast.

  121. Right now I’m stuck on Green Mountain Breakfast Blend coffee. I have a Keurig and so far the Breakfast Blend is my favorite. I think my fav coffee of all time would probably be Jamaican Blue Mountain though.

I drink my coffee with cream and sugar too, so no worries 🙂

  122. A bit sporadic lately, depending on what pregnancy hormones are leaving me felling like, but generally a cup or two of Starbucks Breakfast Blend with 2 eggs scrambled & a piece of turkey bacon. The coffee isn’t black, but mostly…just a bit of creamer and I’m good to go.

  123. I LOVE “coffee”! My hubs says its not that I like coffee at all bc I put so much cream and sugar in it but it is so yummy! Other than my coffee with several scoops of sugar and a splash of mocha creamer… I typically have my 20month old daughter’s leftovers for breakfast… half a waffle, part of a biscuit, couple of scoops of oatmeal… super healthy! 🙂

  124. Favorite breakfast is a boiled egg, slice of cheddar, 1/2 grapefruit, and small bowl of oatmeal. Plus dark coffee with whole milk only! (and lots of it!)

  125. I love to drink just good quality black coffee in the morning. Sometimes I’ll add a bit of chocolate almond milk to it in the afternoon and warm up a cup or put it over ice for a late day pick-me-up. When I add the almond milk, it gives it a good mocha flavor and makes it slightly sweet! Love it! I love your blog Courtney – thanks for letting God use you in mighty ways!

  126. Mine is currently French Market coffee & chicory, with plenty of milk and sugar. I like sweet coffee as well! I occasionally get a white mocha misto from Starbucks as well 🙂

  127. I like Maxwell House Dark Roast coffee with a little milk for breakfast in the morning. I have been sampling other coffee though because it has gotten so expensive! I think I will check out this coffee. What a great way to support a cause and drink breakfast. 🙂

  128. I also drink mine with the “pink” stuff and lots of creamer. Mine looks more like chocolate milk than coffee!

  129. I enjoy PT’s coffee locally roasted in Topeka, KS. My favorite is Bourbon Pecan or Costa Rica flavors. And I always add some non-fat dry creamer with a dash of milk! Shortly after quiet time, I enjoy a bowl of cereal with my second cup of coffee. Breakfast of champions!

  130. YUM! We’ve been drinking Just Love COffee since we’ve been selling it for our adoption funds. I will have to go check this one out as well! I love mine with the Coffee Mate Natural Bliss flavors – cuts out a lot of those preservatives but is still really good! 🙂

  131. I usually just have Folgers black since that what my husand likes and I’m too lazy to make coffee twice in the morning. I usually will use what’s left over to make an iced coffee or one of the drinks your sister makes for you–the homemade mocha frapp! I only do Starbucks if I’m meeting friend, or if there’s a deal. I feel too guilty, but it’s sooooooooooooooooooooo good. As a homeschool mom, I need the daily cup or two. I make myself drink green tea too (and even lie to myself that I like it).
    Thanks for the opportunity!

  132. Each morning I feel better just holding my mug of Black Tiger K-cup. Black. That’s usually my breakfast. Sometimes I shake things up and have a Big Easy Bold or Lake and Lodge. I like my coffee to walk over and jump into my cup. I love the Avodah’s mission and would love to have some Avodah Coffee jump into my cup some morning.

  133. My favorite coffee is Verona from the ‘bucks.

My favorite breakfast right now is Honey Ham between two multigrain waffles, spread with Laughing Cow Cinnamon Creme! MMMMM!

  134. Well Courtney, my comment is a little different from the rest about coffee! LOL I don’t drink coffee, however my husband loves coffee. My reason for entering this contest is he works a third shift job to support me and our three boys. He depends on coffee to get him thru night. I would love for him to try this awesome coffee, and hope it keeps him awake. By the way, love your ministry to women!! Blessings

  135. Mmm, when I’m not pregnant, I love Dunkin’ Donuts coffee with a splash of Italian Sweet Cream creamer. I usually like to drink it while I’m enjoying my “bread of life”, Bible reading time. Ah, a perfect start to my day!

  136. The only time I drank coffee was with my grandpa. These are fond memories I have pouring lots of milk and sugar, and a little coffee in my cup just to sit by my grandpa and funk those long doughnuts intoy cup!! I generally don’t eat breakfast and I don’t drink coffee. I love breakfast foods but I am Jody not hungry when I wake up. I love to cook it for my family and then we start the day. If I eat breakfast it is usually for dinner!! Egg casserole or biscuits and gravy! Pancakes with strawberries! Yum! I do love fruit in the morning best, if I am hungry! The coffee would be for my husband. He loves fresh brewed coffee. He loves best searching and trying new brewers! This would be a great win for me to give for Fathers Day!

  137. I usually have steel-cut oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon, plus a mug of coffee with stevia and a splash of coffee crea. YUM!

  138. Coffee is my breakfast, too. Today it is Kona blend with French vanilla creamer. If I find myself in town, I usually have a White Mocha Latte regardless of the time of day. My father in law once told me I was addicted. 🙂 Really?? Hmmm, I thought everyone drank a cup before bed to calm them down…

  139. Oh how I love DD coffee! Actually great minds think a like! I have Folger’s Vanilla, I use Splenda as my sweetener, also with FF vanilla creamer! I know it’s not the breakfast of champions, but its my mmmm, mmmm, good moment *wink*

  140. I love Caribou and Starbucks Verona coffee. Would love to try Avodah! Thanks for the chance to win and I love your blog and your transparency with us.

  141. I have a kuerig so I change my morning “breakfast” everyday but I must have my french vanilla creamer in it!

  142. I drink Folgers. Coffee and I’d LOVE to try Avodah! Please enter me in this AMAZING giveaway!
    Blessings~

  143. My typical everyday “breakfast” is lots of coffee!!! w/ French Vanilla Coconut milk coffee creamer!! 🙂 I would Love to try Avodah coffee!!! :))

  144. My favorite breakfast is a fruit smoothie! I would love to win the coffee for my husband who daily drinks Starbucks.

  145. My favorite coffee is Diet Coke and Coke Zero…LOL – my hubby LOVES coffee and Maxwell House is his favorite….the kids and I would love to win this for an extra Father’s day gift for him. Thanks for the oppurtunity and for your honesty!

  146. My favorite breakfast is raw oatmeal, with frozen berries, milk, brown sugar, and vanilla. And a big cup of Zen green tea. I save my coffee for mid morning or with my afternoon snack. I like buying the starbucks brand ground coffee usually. Thanks for the giveaway opportunity!

  147. I have a coffee and a smoothie with stawberries, avocado, ice cubes, ground flax seed, a little juice, a little plain yogurt, a little soy/alomond milk and some protein powder! I would love to try Avodah coffee!

  148. Every morning I have a cup (actually about 3 cups) of coffee with nondairy creamer and oatmeal with fresh fruit. It never gets boring as I really love the taste, and it makes me feel good.

  149. I don’t like to drink coffee before teaching aerobics, so I indulge each night. My favorite right now is Green Mountain Breakfast Blend with International Delight French Vanilla creamer and extra sugar. 🙂

  150. I had starbucks coffee with creamer and an over-easy egg- very similar to your breakfast! 🙂 We must be fellow champions 😉

  151. I had an amazing coffee and have been trying to find it ever since – wonder if it could be Avadoh? Would love to try it!

    Blessings!

  152. Funny, cause my breakfast is nearly the same as yours…although I prefer the ultra healtht alternative of a splenda packet…with fiber! Ha! But our neighbor brought home Ethiopian coffee last summer after his mission trip and I was as scared as you about new (and real) coffee!! But it was GOOD! We drank it down quick and I know this would be no exception!! 😉 I would love to win it!!

  153. I love brewing/drinking Starbucks natural vanilla or caramel w/ So Delicious Coconut Milk Creamer and 5 drops Vanilla Stevia!

  154. My guilty pleasure is sausage and egg mcmuffins at McDonalds. You know… the greasy ones with almost no nutritional value? Yep, those! But I’m inspired this morning to make some pancakes for my little loves. 🙂

  155. I switch back and forth from coffee to tea’s….I love my tea’s, but a good cup of coffee is always welcomed!!! My husband teases me that I drink sugar water….lol I do like my sweetner 🙂 As always…Thank you for bringing these wonderful opportunities to win these fabulous gifts. Blessings to you!

  156. I drink my fave coffee from my hometown of Baton Rouge – Community Cafe’ Special. I make Cafe au Lait (half coffee and half milk) and I sweeten with a little honey or raw sugar. I’d love to try this coffee, too!

  157. I always enjoy at least one cup of coffee. Lately, with a delicious creamer, Hersey’s Chocolate Caramel (International Delight), Yum!!! I go to bed looking forward to it in the morning. I try to include some “real” food too, like a bowl of cereal.

  158. Okay, I never win anything; but the prospect of coffee encourages me to at the very least TRY!!!!
I have joked for years that coffee is the conduit to the anointing! I start my day with at least two cups…and then take a to-go cup with me to work to sip on throughout the day. It doesn’t have to be hot – it just has to be coffee. First two cups are always black, but the to-go cup gets fancy…caramel maccihato (or however you spell that) and a little splenda.
Breakfast is almost always a strawberry banana protein smoothie and a handful of almonds….that is optional. Coffee is NOT optional…it is NECESSITY!
Hope I win my favorite beverage of all time! I could use a little more “anointing!”

  159. I’m with you! My breakfast usually consists of iced coffee! I’ve tried to be healthier and not have coffee EVERY day of actually eat breakfast or have a smoothie but… I’m a stay at home Mommy and I literally STAY at home pretty much ALL day EVERY day so I figure if daily coffee is my one “guilty pleasure” … It could be worse! Haha!

  160. I have two or three cups of cafe con leche…. when I am super lucky the hubby comes home with one already made! 🙂

  161. I drink my coffee semi-black, meaning I do add one sweet-n-low to my coffee. And if I’m in that kind of mood, a splash of milk also. Being that my husband is somewhat of a coffee “snob”, we only have high quality coffee (and STRONG coffee) in our house. That means Starbucks is always on hand, and often brewed using varying methods. We are currently drinking a roast from Rosetta coffee (http://rosettacoffeeco.com/), a local roastery from my home town in Lynchburg, VA. We hope to one day start our own coffee shop and also plant a church from it!

  162. I’ve really had my eyes opened in the past few years to the value and impact of buying Fair Trade wherever I can. It can get expensive to try and switch everything in my kitchen over to Fair Trade though, and we’re not made of money!

So, within the past 6 months, I’ve made the conscious decision to only purchase Fair Trade coffee to brew at home. We live in a small town, so the Fair Trade options are pretty limited. The only one I’ve really been able to buy is a President’s Choice line of fair trade coffee. We get the one from Latin America and quite enjoy it! It feels good to be ‘brewing up some good’ in the mornings instead of feeling guilty about where my coffee is coming from.

I would love to sometime switch over to purchasing coffee from a small fair trade company like the coffees that are sold at Ten Thousand Villages, though!

  163. Right now, my coffees of choice are either World Market Creme Caramel or Kona coffee (YUM!). I used to drink my coffee “white & sweet, just like me.” Now I just drink it white…I’ve recently discovered I don’t always play well with others, so my coffee reflects that, I suppose. 😉 It’s a growing into caring more of what God thinks of me and less of what others think. 🙂

  164. I definitely start my day with Dunkin Donut coffee with half and half, then steel cut oats with fruit and nuts 🙂

  165. Oh, Girl, I love my coffee full of creamer as well. I like it to taste as little like coffee as possible 😉 I have read about Avodah coffee but have not yet had the blessing of trying it. I would love to get that chance!

    Megan @ wwwsunshinethroughthewindows.blogspot.com

  166. I love coffee so much! My favorite is central American & it must be organic & fair-trade. I really care about the hands that grow those magic beans & fair trade always tastes better than Folgers/MH. Organic is also beneficial to the farmers, consumers, and God’s creation.

  167. I recently got Starbucks coffee on sale at Target. I add a splash of Coffee-Mate Natural Bliss. Would love to try this coffee!

  168. My mom was a huge Gevalia fan as a kid, but as I grew up I didn’t really like coffee. Then, I became pregnant with my second child and I started to crave it all the time. Two more babies came along and the craving never really went away. I drink it with lots of creamer and extra milk. I never really had a preference for type, until Gevalia started selling in stores recently. Now I know why my mom loved it! It is so dark and delicious.

  169. I LOVE breakfast- I usually have water, english breakfast tea with cream (although hubbie is slowly indoctrinating me to coffee- his roasted coffee), and eggs, cereal, or yogurt with berries 🙂

    Thanks!
    Nancy

  170. Courtney,
My husband makes me breakfast every morning during the week. We have been married for 3.5 years and I can count on one hand the days he hasnt been able to make me breakfast. He makes smoothies in a off-brand bullet blender. We use frozen strawberries, 2 bananas, a dash of OJ or yogurt and a little bit of powdered protein. He takes such good care of me. I am more than blessed.

  171. I drink coffee every morning with sugar and french vanilla creamer! Such a wonderful start to my day!

  172. I eat a fried egg on a piece of whole wheat toast most mornings. I have learned I need my protein first thing. I love Starbucks coffee, but will buy anything I can get at a good price with a coupon. I can even make store brand coffee work if I have to:) I used to take my cream and sugar with a little coffee. I gave up sweetener a few years ago on the advice of my aunt. She said I would not miss it once I was used to it and she was right! How I did it? I started with half and half. Half and Half is sweet and will soften the blow of no added sugar. I would make it really light, too. Once I got used to that I switched to whole milk. Now, I drink decaf with skim milk and thoroughly enjoy it. (And a trick to make it an even better cup of coffee…warm you milk up in the micro before you add the coffee:)
Thanks for the chance to win a bag of this coffee. I love the basis behind their company and would love to try their coffee!

  173. I love breakfast! I try new recipes all the time – but muffins are my favs. I also have coffee – for the summer I brew extra strong Diana’s coffee (local coffee company) with bailey’s coffee creamer (french vanilla) and pour over ice. It’s great!

  174. I’m afraid coffee and I don’t do well together (tho I DO have a coffee-loving daughter who would LOVE it if I won this coffee. 🙂 My latest breakfeast? Oatmeal OR warm corn tortilla accompanied by a ton of water and then my current fave – half cherry coke and half diet coke or pepsi – less calories, more flavor, and plenty of caffeine to get me going on the Sandwich Generation issues of the day. Thanks for the fun contest!

  175. My favorite morning coffe is Starbucks Sumatra (very bold and strong for me) – of course I buy it and prepare it at home. I use K-cups and the extra accessory for my own grounds too. Starbucks new Blonde is a great (weaker) coffee for the late afternoon or after dinner.

  176. I drink Folgers breakfast blend, with International delight Fat Free Vanilla and 3 spoonfuls
of Splenda! Two cups and I am ready to go!!! Love your blog and am enjoying and learning from you
Proverbs 31 book to match our GMG study thank you!!!

  177. My favorite two breakfasts (I cannot choose just one!): Vanilla Latte (made at home…. 🙂 or strawberry/spinach smoothie. Yeah, I know……
    Thanks! ~Sidne

  178. My favorite Breakfast is iced coffee light and sweet and a sour cream doughnut from Dunkin.

  179. My hubby is a die hard Maxwell House fan, so that’s what we have in our house. I LOVE coffee creamers, but know they aren’t good for me (in calories or chemicals) so I try to save them for ‘special times’ (like peppermint mocha that is out at Christmas time 🙂 ) Daily I settle for stevia and creamer…..thanks for the chance to win, I love to try different coffee’s.

  180. I drink hot coffee in the winter and iced in the summer–and it is usually all I have for breakfast, too! We prefer a local coffee roaster’s coffee beans as our fave, but always like to try something new!

  181. My breakfast of choice starts out like yours. I love McDonald’s sugar free vanilla iced coffee, with equal and their yogurt parfait. The combination of those have seen me through many starts of my busy day. My kids love the parfait as well, but with a side of milk.

  182. During the week, I have coffee as my breakfast. If it is cleaning day or I will be away from my home, I may have a bagel with the coffee. On a Saturday, there is a little place that we love to go…it isn’t fancy, it’s small, but the people are wonderful, the food is fantastic, and it gives us time to sit and talk:) They have a biscuit and gravy skillet that is amazing!!! Healthy? Probably not! But it’s once a week (or every two weeks, depending on if we get there!). Delicious!!

  183. Until a couple years ago, I would buy whatever was cheapest as I wouldn’t go through a lot of coffee at home. Today, in my pantry I have one bag I bought I an airport in Kenya, a bag of Juan Valdez brought from Colombia by my international student, and a bag of Seeds of Hope Coffee (proceeds going towards care of HIV affected infected and affected orphans in Zambia and Myanmar, and my own little Tina whom I sponsor in Zambia). Coffee has become a real international experience!

  184. I love my morning coffee…the first cup is always black and I always buy store brand whole bean coffee from a warehouse club. I would LOVE to try Avodah!

  185. I just started drinking coffee about five months ago (at age 31!), so I am new to the club and loving it! I love trying new coffees, and right now I’m drinking Starbuck’s blond roast and enjoying it. I add Trader Joe’s vanilla creamer. I usually have a bowl of oatmeal with it, along with whatever fruit I’m feeding my babies for breakfast.

  186. I love Dunkin Doughnuts coffee but I am a decaf girl, and I also usually have some Greek yogurt and granola with fruit on top.

  187. I love Fog Lifter by Millstone. As for breakfast – I am light on that :-/ Usually a cereal bar and banana.

  188. Black Coffee…every morning…favorite way to have coffee! Unless you count sitting by the window or in the sun reading a couple of verses for a few minutes before the day starts 🙂

  189. My hubby tells me I am “addicted” to coffee! I have to have me coffee EVERY morning.:) I like pretty much any coffee! I am not really picky. I did just find a new flavor tho form the little store close to me. It is Vermont Maple! Oh my is that good! I really like it a lot. But,I will drink a good cup of just reg. coffee too. It has to have 1/2and1/2 and sugar tho. I have tried it black and I feel what it the point! I mean if I can’t enjoy it why have it ya know? I would LOVE to try our some new coffee! I am always up for something new to start my day.:)
I also wanted to tell you that I really love you blog. It is such an encouragement to me. Thanks!
    Blessings,Kristina

  190. We have one of 3 things for breakfast, eggs & bacon, waffles or cereal. Our coffee of choice is Donut House K-Cups.i brew mine a little strong and add plain powdered creamer and 2 Splenda.

  191. My morning fuel is Dunkin Donuts (Dunkin Decaf), sugar, and a teaspoon of Nutella mixed in…don’t judge 🙂 I try to make amends by paring it with a Kashi bar or bagel. Avodah sounds like a fabulous company with a Jesus-heart!

  192. Thank you so much for your blog! It is a part of my everyday breakfast, uplifting and inspiring me, filling my heart and mind with the things of God and Godly parenting. For the “food” portion of my breakfast, I occasionally induldge in a cup of coffee (I’m not partial to a particular brand, I usually buy what’s on sale or what I have a coupon for)…but as my husband likes to put it, I like a touch of coffee with my cream and sugar!

  193. My favorite coffee is usually any gourmet blend I buy from work (Winners Homesense) but in the morning I will mostly drink coffee with my husband which is van houtte house blend. For Breakfast I love having a good smoothie or something fresh like yogurt with granola and fruit.

  194. I love Maxwell Houe with Coffee Mate Irish Creme Naturals with NO sugar:) If my belly is up to it, I will eat a Yoplait yogurt. My favorite 2 flavors are Boston Cream Pie or Banana Creme Pie.

  195. I’m an espresso roast K-cup with just half N half every morning with my bowl of oatmeal with cranberries and cinnamon.

  196. I ALWAYS start my day out with a cup (or 2) of coffe (Dunkin Donuts French Vanilla is one of my favorites too!). I usually have a handful of almonds and a banana for breakfast or a fruit smoothie.

  197. My most favorite coffee was Barnies, Secret Dreams or Santa’s White Christmas, but all the Barnies left our area so now I drink Dunkin Doughnuts Regular Blend. I like it with Splenda and only use cream when Pumpkin Pie Spice is available.

  198. I love Starbucks Morning Joe -dark blend. I love to splash heavy cream in my coffee as a treat but usually just drink it black. Would love to give this coffee a try! ; D

  199. I drink Eight oclock coffee because we get great deals on it at our local store (they do BOGO)…and i love the coffee mate natural bliss creamer!

  200. Coffee is usually my breakfast as well – Folgers at home, Starbucks as a treat 🙂 although I recently figured out how to make large batches of egg and cheese English muffins so i’m trying to start eating food in the am.
Thanks so much for the giveaway and bring attention to an awesome, heart in the right place company.

  201. I love chocolate raspberry truffle coffee with a cinnamon raisin bagel smeared with peanut butter. Mmmm….

  202. Coffee – coffee – coffee — actually my coffee pot is set the night before so that when I get up it is already brewed. Though usually my coffee is a major brand (due to expenses, being as we are retired) but I will splurge on occasion for really good coffee — which I love. For breakfast, my husband cooks breakfast every morning and it is whatever he decides, though usually a couple of eggs scrambled and some locally made terrific sausage.

  203. I drink Dunkin Donuts or Folgers Carmel Drizzle with creamer and whip on top. That is my “healthy” BREAKFAST also. Would love to try Avoday!

  204. Currently I am really into Starbucks ground Vanilla coffee. It’s pretty pricey – so I usually mix half with my Folgers!

  205. Hmm…my favorite breakfast or coffee?! That’s a tough one. For coffee I love to use my inexpensive espresso maker to make lattes for my husband and I on the weekend. I also use it to steam milk then add it to brewed flavored coffee to make au laits, I have some vanilla biscotti coffee that it is so yummy with! I worked in a coffee shop for a little while so my hubby calls me his barista. We actually had our first date over coffee! My husband also makes the most amazing breakfasts! Some of my favorites are crepes and eggs benedict. On a normal day though I just drink some regular brewed coffee (usually Folgers) with flavored creamer (store brand or Coffeemate if it’s on sale and I have a coupon) and some cereal (also a store brand, like special K). I also like to try different creamer flavors but will normally have hazelnut or vanilla caramel. My favorite creamer though is raspberry white chocolate by International Delight, but you can only buy it from about November-January every year. Thank you for sharing this! I love coffee, it is even the theme of my kitchen decor!

  206. I like a little coffee with my creme brulee creamer. I sometimes add cinnamon to it also.

  207. At this point in life (2 young children), I enjoy getting to drink a HOT cup of coffee vs. luke warm/cold. 😉

  208. Right now I am 6 months pregnant, so I have to limit the coffee. But with an active 3 1/2 year old I do need some caffeine in my day. Right now I use Folgers 1/2 caff. with the creamer above iced. I get a small dose of caffeine and I feel the drink is better then a can of soda. The breakfast I crave right now is sauted potatoes with eggs over easy and toast with grape jam.

Thanks so much for the give away! I love to try new coffees.

  209. My very favorite breakfast is a homemade Egg McMuffin. I try to healthy it up a bit though. Whole grain english muffin, over-medium egg, fresh spinach, slice of tomato. Or if I’m feeling a bit naughtier, egg, sliced cheddar, and a slice of Candadian Bacon. Yum! And black coffee with just a hint of half and half. 🙂

  210. I have a k cup of donut shop coffee with a little sugar and great value creme brulee. It is really good to heat the creamer up beforehand . I then have some yogurt or cereal.

  211. Breakfast is a handful of meds mixed with some vitamins. a cup of joe (maxwell house, folgers or sale coffee) mixed with 2 tsp. sugar and one huge pour of Hazelnut creamer (any brand) 🙂
not the breakfast of champions! but I do enjoy it while doing my P31 study! 🙂 have a Blessed Day!

  212. Strangely enough, my morning coffee looks pretty much just like yours! I love any brew that is Vanilla, and of course, the Fat Free Coffee Mate creamer! I like my coffee sweet and light! The only difference in my coffee is that I try to use Stevia as my sweetner. I don’t feel as guilty using a natural sweetner as I did using artificial. But I just recently made the switch and I’m loving it!

Thanks for the chance to win what looks to be like an awesome product!!! 🙂

  213. I am with you on the breakfast of champs. What I eat varies but I always have coffee with truvia and fat free french vanilla creamer! And I often have it in the afternoon, too! I would love to try some Mocha Java. It has always been my favorite kind of coffee!

  214. That is very close to my breakfast. Mine consists of any strong coffee with 2tbls of creamer and 2-3 egg whites….with a dash of pepper.

  215. I am a Starbucks coffee drinker. Dark roast…black..mmmmm Be sure to let us know how we can purchase some of the coffee to those of us who are unlucky and do not win the free bag. Ha
    KathyMills

  216. My Fave coffee right now is Starbucks Blonde With French Vanilla Creamer.

Its also my breakfast! Sometimes I have a bowl of cereal, but rarely:)

Would Love to try the Avodah Coffee! I have a business so I know how important it is to support small businesses! I may buy it on my own even if I don’t win it to try it first!!

    Thank You!

  217. I am pretty picky about coffee………I usually start my day with either Gevalia Espresso Roast or Starbuck’s Anniversary blend when it is in season. But I am excited to hear about Avodah. I would love to try it! Thanks for sharing this tip!

  218. It makes me sad to read of the number of women that are starting their day with only coffee. Maybe you don’t want to hear this, but “breaking the fast” is what the first meal of the day is all about. Your body needs fuel to get the day started….a balance of fruit, protein, and carbs. For those struggling with their weight starting with breakfast ups your metabolism, is great brain food, and cuts the cravings and overeating later. What do you feed your children? having them see you eat just coffee for breakfast is not a good example. Coffee is fine, but it should be only a part of a nutritious breakfast.

  219. I drink office coffee in the morning. I start the pots for the office, so at least mine is fresh! LOL I have splenda & powdered cream in it and off I go. No, not the best, but it gets the blood moving and being as I’m first one here, I enjoy a nice quiet time before the office is jumping!

  220. Hi there, I am new to your blog (this is the 2nd or 3rd I have read). I come via my friend’s blog about your post of the woman form Proverbs 31. I liked what I read & so, I signed up for the email subsciption.

Anyway, to answer your question… I drink Boca Java Coffee (my favorite is their Surfing Safari, decaf, most of the time.) 😉 It is a blend of sweet vanilla, carmel, & Kalua. (When I tried it, I didn’t think I’d like the Kalua flavor, because, I don’t like the real stuff… but to my surprise, the is quite delicious!)

I’ll check your friends site to see if anything sounds good (like the Moca Java, you mentioned.) 😉

Thanks for your blog, Becky 🙂

  221. Thanks for the chance to win Courtney! My favorite breakfast is warm oatmeal wuth fresh berries and my coffee of choice is community coffees café special

  222. My favorite coffee is 1820 from Costa Rica with milk and honey, and I cannot forget my French bread.

  223. I pour a cup of the kind of coffee my husband brews for me (so lucky I don’t have to make it!) and add some creamer with Splenda. Sweet Morning Bliss!

  224. My usual breakfast is Gevalia Breakfast Blend with 1/2 and 1/2, and peanut butter on whole grain bread. The weekends are for lots of cofffee, and a big breakfast that my son will devour – like homemade biscuits and sausage gravy with eggs, or eggs Benedict. My husband is also a coffee lover, so this would be a special treat for him, too!

Thanks for offering this and letting us know about this family!

  225. I love the “Jamaica Me Crazy” flavor for the Keurig – with Coconut Creme Creamer, of course. 🙂

  226. My favorite coffee if I’m out is the Hazelnut at Panera Bread. My husband & I drink our coffee black, however we enjoy just a touch of honey in the Hazelnut. wonderful. My favorite breakfast is simply a whole wheat bagel or toast with peaut butter on top. Yum!

  227. I LOVE my coffee in the mornings! My favorite is Saturday mornings when I use the red french press coffee maker I received for Christmas last year and I grind up my fair trade dark roast beans, but I gotta have it sweet too. I add a touch of Splenda and whatever flavored creamer I chose for the week. Lately I’ve been loving on Caramel Machiato flavor to replace the more expensive version from Starbucks. Thank you for the chance to win some coffee! Wondering if you ever checked out http://www.threeavocados.org/ coffee company. They have a wonderful mission as well!
    Blessings, Becky

  228. I also drink Dunkin donuts- I mix regular and decaf to make half-caf version. I drink that with some sugar and creamer. I love trying new creamers and have even tried making my own homemade creamer. I usually eat a trail mix bar or a bowl or Cheerios with me coffee 🙂

  229. My favorite breakfast is a cup of Café con leche ( Coffee with milk) using Yaucono coffee(from Puerto Rico), Arepas ( sweet cornmeal pancakes) , fresh fruit and cheese slices. I don’t have this every morning but atleast once a week ( my children love the Arepas!!!) Thanks for the blog!

    Vanessa

  230. I really love Cinnamon coffee. I have had the Dunkin’ Donuts, mmmm! Usually I just add some cinnamon to my Folger’s at home though, it works for me.

  231. -Dunkin’ Donuts Hazelnut Coffee with Sweet ‘n Low and Half & Half

-Greek Honey Yogurt with fresh peaches or blueberries and a sprinkle of Udi’s vanilla granola

  232. Ok…..Now that you have admitted it, I must come clean, too. My breakfast every morning is an iced mocha that I make myself with my Keurig. I use decaf coffee or 1/2 decaf…..add a couple of tablespoons of creamer (Coffee Mate Dark Chocolate), and then the ultimate……I add some chocolate almond milk. I feel better about my habit when I use that because it has protein and less fat than milk. : ) So…..there you go. I have confessed. I feel much better now. I can now go and start my day…..with my iced mocha, of course. 😉

  233. I have a cup of coffe (whatevever my husband chooses at the store!) I add a splenda packet and some creamer (I like to change it up on the creamer too!) I typically have a packet of oatmeal with that! or a piece of fruit:)

  234. I LOVE Dunkin Donuts coffee… I usually have regular, with Truvia and a small splash of cinnamon vanilla creamer. Yum! Pair it with a tall glass of orange juice, and that gets me going in the mornings!

  235. My breakfast is very similar to yours. It includes a cup of Maxwell house and a LOT of French Vanilla Coffee Mate. I can’t do the fake sugar taste so it’s not the fat or sugar free kind it’s just the real kind

  236. I’m a Folgers girl at home and Tim Hortons when I’m out … love my morning cup of coffee but definitely need sugar and cream or flavoured creamer!! cannot drink it black, really, CANNOT, drink it black haha.

  237. My favorite coffee is something I make in my Keurig and it is Caramel Vanilla Cream with splenda. YUM YUM!!!
    Danna

  238. I have organic coffee in my Keurig, a little cream & two Purvia. And a bowl of chocolate chex gluten free cereal. And yes! These are my indulgences for the day 🙂

  239. I will drink ANY coffee, but I prefer a bolder brew with sugar (yes, real sugar…gasp!) and creamer. I also enjoy wheat waffles with peanut butter and banana or Nutella. Yum!

  240. I try to buy fair trade coffee at a health food store, but it’s over 100 miles away so I usually drink the grocery store b rand of coffee in the morning. With half & half, no sugar.

  241. I do coffee from my Kurig with NATURAL creamer! It sweet, tastes great and doesn’t have all the added stuff other creamers do. Also I recommend using stevia, it’s a natural sugar and it’s yummy!! 🙂
As for my breakfast I do one cup of sweetened coffee and a piece of fresh fruit, yum!!

  242. My fave is Rwandan whole beans in my brew and grind coffee pot! I just add some half and half. Good Morning!

  243. Community Coffee New Orleans Blend with yogurt and granola or oatmeal during the week and eggs with toaste for the weekend 🙂

  244. Love, love, love my hazelnut coffee with sugar free creamer first thing in the morning.

  245. I drink Maxwell House-House Blend when I can afford it. I like my coffee with Almond Joy or Cinnabon creamer and sugar. I also love iced coffee and I’m going to try out the Pioneer Woman iced coffee I’ve seen mentioned here as well. Thanks for the chance to win!

  246. I have grown to LOVE coffee in the morning too since the birth of my son last year, lol! Before becoming a mommy I could get my morning started without it, but now I really enjoy it every morning:). I particularly like “cafe Quindio”, which comes from the coffee region of Colombia. Sadly it can not bfor ought here in the states, so we depend on family and friends to bring it to us! I usually have Juan Valdez coffee from Costco, a bit of milk and coffeemate natural sweetner:) I have learned that if you want to have real Colombian coffee the bag must state 100 % Colombian coffee, otherwise you are having a blend of maybe a not so high quality coffee mixed in there.

  247. My favorite coffee also has a packet of Splenda (or 2) and creamer. If I’m feeling really fancy I put a little Redi-Whip on top and sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar:)

  248. If I have time in the morning, I love flavored coffees. Most of the time, I just do Nescafe instant coffee. It is really good for instant coffee and gives me that morning boost. Mocha Java sounds delicious.

  249. I have searched coffee out for a long time. I’ve tried many brands and finally decided on Folgers Columbian. Every morning it’s my jumpstart for the day w/stevia and creamer. A protein smoothie or eggs and cheese omelet gets me going. I would love to try this coffee to see if it wins my tastebuds.

  250. I gotta have a little Folgers in my cup with French Vanilla creamer. I like it sweet to taste and couldn’t imagine coffee without my creamer. If I have time for breakfast then I will make one egg with toast but pretty much my coffee is my breakfast. Very bad I know but oh so good!! :))

  251. I have tried others and have to say on a regular basis I love Folgers Columbian with a little milk. Gets me ready for the day!

  252. I have actually been drinking a shakeology shake every morning. I use 1 cup of 1% milk, 1 cup of frozen berries, with one scoop of shakeology chocolate mix. It is suppose to be very nutritious (and help me lose weight while on an exercise program).

My husband is the one who drinks and LOVES coffee! He drinks his black while eating 4, yes 4 pieces of toast every morning. I would love to win him a bag of good coffee, especially since we just buy the store brand 🙂

  253. I have a Starbucks K cup-Pike Place and the new Belvita breakfast cookies. They are wonderful!!
Thanks for the chance to win.

  254. I usually drink a hot mocha from the local coffee shop. Theneat two scrambled eggs with whole grain toast and a banana. That’s it. Nothing special.

  255. I usually drink Peets because that’s what my husband likes. And I doctor it up with my favourite flavoured Coffee Mate creamer! Would love to give this coffee a try – love their mission and passion behind it!

  256. I must confess… My typical breakfast is a piece of fruit (to tell. Yield I started healthy) and a little cream with coffee:)

  257. I love a breakfast blend coffee with sugar free french vanilla and stevia pretty much any time of the day. I do start my day with that and a “skinny muffin”.

  258. I drink HEB Cafe Ole (Central Texas here 😉 or Dunkin Donuts breakfast blends with half-and-half, a little sugar, and a packet of either Truvia or Splenda! And a “green” smoothie for breakfast!!

  259. I LOVE my coffee in the morning. Very hard to function without it. I like Dunkin Donuts and French Vanilla creamer.
Just started a low carb diet so have been eating eggs or egg whites in the morning.
Thanks for the chance to win,
    Caterina

  260. My most favorite coffee EVER was the Blue Mountain coffee we drank in Jamaica at the Sandals resort. NO bitter taste–it didn’t need sweetening!!

I tend to eat a small breakfast most mornings–high fiber toast with peanut butter, bagel thin with light cream cheese, 2 egg omelette with a little ham and cheese and 1 piece of toast. I don’t drink coffee every morning–2 glasses of water before my meal, and 1 cup of skim milk or Trop50 orange juice with my meal.

    Have a great day!
    Carissa in eastern Iowa

  261. My typical breakfast is two cups of Maxwell house coffee with milk and no sugar while I make the kids their breakfast. Then by the time I’m done feeding them the baby wants to eat so I eat whatever leftovers the older children left behind while I feed the baby, which usually consists of soggy cereal, cold eggs, and toast crust. 😉

  262. My fav breakfast is very much like yours but with Splenda instead of Sweet n Low. Our coffee canister says “This house runs on Love, Laughter and Lots of Coffee”. Thanks for the chance to win!

  263. I can not live without my morning coffee! I can not function without at least 1 cup (usually 2 cups) of coffee each morning! It makes my day start off wonderful!

  264. I drink well whatever coffee is cheapest to make in my Keurig right now it happens to be Breakfast Blend by Green Mountain Coffee, normally I would have sweetener but ive been using sugar and milk right now. I also have an egg and toast!

  265. First of all, love your website!!! My friend found your blog during a time where her family was not going to church because her family felt they had to leave the church where we both attended(a hard decision that cost them friendships, but not ours 😉 ). Anyway, her and her husband had a hard time and still are finding a church where the Truth is taught, not all peace and safety, prosperity, etc. So, they are still inbetween, two almost three years later.

Anyway, your blog and Time Warp Wife have really helped her get the Word she has needed. Part ofthe problem was she had a hard time submitting to her husband on this, because of the fallout. She got humbled by a lot of very good teaching and forgave her husband and started lifting him up and respecting him in her heart and actions. Things are much better. She is trusting the Lord that her husband is and can lead their home.

Ok, I usually have oatmeal or toast with peanut butter and of course, coffee. I like a lighter roast. The dark ones tend to upset my tummy. I use agave nectar to sweeten and milk or evaporated milk for creamer! Enjoying a cup as we speak.

God bless you and your family!!!!

  266. I’m a hot tea drinker, but my DH is a coffee drinker so this would be a gift for him! He drinks it with whipping cream (no calcium, all fat)! We often have toast with peanut butter for breakfast . . .

  267. Good Morning,
I do not eat breakfast..I have never been a breakfast gal…I LOVE a cup or two of Maxwell House Coffee, with just the International Delight French Vanilla creamer….YUM!!
When I am out, Dunkin Donuts Ice Coffee French Vanilla light and sweet….THIS IS MY FAVORITE!!

    🙂
    Blessings,
    Tina

  268. I’ll take any good coffee, but I really need de-caf! Some say that de-caf isn’t real coffee, but I’ve heard that a true coffee lover drinks de-caf because they’re drinking it for the flavor and not the caffeine. :o)

  269. I love my coffee in the morning. Whatever whole bean flavored I was tempted to buy, ground with a few espresso beans and made with my adapter in the Keurig. Little drop of fat free Bailey’s liquid creamer and a couple drops of liquid stevia. And then an Herbalife shake to get all the protein, vitamins and minerals possible. Their limited mint chocolate has been the the best, but I am almost out. Sure hope that flavor comes back soon! I would love to try this coffee and support someone trying to make a living while serving God!

  270. I drink Seattle’s Best Cinnabon coffee with a little french vanilla creamer. I do not eat breakfast, lol….

  271. I don’t like my coffee too strong but I love putting french vanilla creamer in it or just drinking a flavored coffee! We have chickens so there’s nothing like a fresh farm egg to eat with that good cup of coffee.

  272. Since receiving a Keurig for Christmas that’s how I brew now but my machine came with a reusable kcup perfect to use if I was to win this coffee which has peaked my interest by the way 🙂 Lately I’ve been drinking DD Mocha that the Hubs surprised me with ( SO SO SOOO yummy!) for breakfast, well… it depends. Most weekdays I just drink coffee… ( not good I know, I know) somedays it’s multi grain Cheerios. Saturdays we get to have breakfast with my husband so it’s a big pancake sausage eggs fruit etc
meal and Sundays it’s sausage pancake mini muffins on the way to church 🙂

  273. Who has time to actually EAT breakfast? Like you I am a coffee gal. Maxwell House (good to the last drop!) and some sugar free caramel syrup does me just fine! Yummy!

  274. Coffee with real cream (and sugar) is a must to get my day started! A little later for breakfast I’ll usually have toast with cheese. We love trying new coffees, but for everyday we usually drink whatever is least expensive from the grocery store.

  275. I like Dunkin coffee with french vanilla creamer too :), but my every day go to is usually tea and toast. I’d love to try Avoda coffee!!!

  276. Good morning!! My favorite breakfast is my K-Cup coffee – Donut Shop – and a bowl of Special K! I have it EVERY day! Im a creature of habit!

  277. My favorite coffee is Newman’s Own Organics Breakfast Blend along with my morning oatmeal.

  278. I absolutely love coffee! I’ll have a cup of breakfast brew using my Tossimo with powered creamer and s bit of sugar. Then I’ll have some pumpkin granola cereal for breakfast. I’m actually on a fast right now, but it ends tomorrow and I would love to try Avodah coffee! Thank you for the opportunity and God bless!

  279. We have a monthly menu we follow and today we are having home-grown eggs with homemade toast. The girls will have milk and I will have Winco bulk coffee – not so yummy but it does the trick. Yummy coffee would be divine! I had to put myself on a coffee-budget so that I didn’t spend our whole budget on yummy coffee!

  280. I love my coffee first thing in the morning with 2 percent milk….had to stop the cream due to fat content. We use folgers breakfast blend coffee, as it still fits in our shopping budget and can often be found on sale:) I love Mcdonald’s coffee if I am out in the morning and want a to go cup. I usually opt for honey in it instead of the cream. would so love to win this coffee and try something new. Have a blessed day. Oh, forgot with my coffee whole grain toast and organic peanut butter.

  281. Okay, so I have to admit that not only do we *not* drink any fancy brand of coffee (Great Value is what we serve), but I drink mine with creamer (I love the York Peppermint Patty flavor) and real sugar! Normally, that’s my breakfast. Sometimes I make a slice of toast if I am able to find my favorite kind of Brownberry Bread on sale. I wish I liked black coffee, only because it would be so much easier to make when I’m still half asleep! 🙂 I’ve heard of Avodah before and want to try it eventually.

  282. Mmmm. Coffee. I can’t live without it! I got a Keurig for Christmas, so I’ve enjoyed sampling all kinds of different flavors, but I’ve recently discovered Wild Blueberry coffee. I was skeptical at first, but it somehow combines the flavor of coffee with a blueberry muffin & is so good!

  283. i love a simple scrambled egg breakfast….just finished one in fact!!! this coffee sounds amazing. my husband would love it too.

  284. I love love my coffe with cream, usually dunkin doughnuts brand and for me a have sweet cream flavor coffee mate.. natural bliss… all natural cream with no oils…. should try it… you’d love it…. on a specail occassion i love starbucks venti iced caramel macchiato… yumm…

  285. I have to have my coffee with splenda and cream. It is a treat to have a flavored creamer or a flavored coffee. I usually just have a bowl of cereal for breakfast. If I feel like a more filling breakfast then I have poached eggs and toast.

  286. Good Morning. I hate to admit it but I can’t stand coffee. LOL. My mom and dad are avid drinkers and my sister has loved it from an early age. But I, myself could never stand the taste. Now the smell is a little different. It smells heavenly. Anyway, my children love the stuff. Even my littlest (who’s 4 almost 5) even takes a drink now and then. My oldest girls love coffee, especially the flavored kind. As for myself, I rarely eat breakfast. I know. That’s a major no-no. But I’ve never liked what eating breakfast does to my body. I feel sluggish around 10 in need of a nap. So, I usually skip it. But lately I’ve really been trying. This morning I had 3 scrambled eggs with milk and bacon in it on a hamburger bun that I shared with my daughter. We each had a sandwhich. So, I’m trying to do better. I have so enjoyed reading what you have to say. I think youre family is beautiful. God is a wonderful creator. Thanks for putting me in the drawing. 🙂

  287. I’m not brand of coffee picky, as long as it comes in a bag vs a can. But I do need a good wallop of sugarfree creamer (usually vanilla caramel or french vanilla, but no extra sweetner) accompanied by two pieces of whole wheat toast and peanutbutter!

  288. I’m a bacon and eggs every single morning kind of girl. It’s perfect with gevalia coffee – mocha flavor, french vanilla Bailey’s creamer and a splash of peppermint extract. So good!

  289. I’m with you – a little coffee with my cream!

Favorite coffee – Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Spice
    Favorite cream – French Vanilla
Favorite breakfast – pancakes with peanut butter and syrup

  290. Wow, it was so hard getting to the bottom of the comments!! Nice to see how much people have in common. I used to drink coffee with my hubby every morning but alas I had to cut back because we are pregnant. Yes I said we are pregnant because we are!! He still drinks coffe but not everyday & I get a cup every now and then. I am a major breakfast person though! I love it, eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, bagels, toasts; pancakes, yogurt, fruit. I just love breakfast so there is no typical day for me.

I would love to try this coffee, it would be a deff treat for my hubby and me when I get a cup! Thanks! 🙂

  291. EIGHT O CLOCK COFFEE with stevia and any type of bread such as banana bread 🙂 I love the new almond joy creamer but recently stopped it since I need to lower my calorie count.

  292. We don’t have Dunkin Donuts coffee here in Canada but my husband just got a Keurig for his birthday and boy to I like a cup of Butterscotch coffee with a bit of milk in the morning! My favorite thing to eat is definitely 2 over hard fried eggs! : )

  293. I love coffee with cream and raw sugar. I have to switch my breakfast up every day so that I am not bored. 🙂 Today was frosted shredded wheat cereal. Thanks for the chance to win!

  294. Dunkin French Vanilla with creamer and Splenda. And, I usually have some oatmeal or grits and turkey bacon for breakfast.

  295. I love mocha chocolate coffee with chocolate creamer and an extra shot of mocha. Um, why yes, I am a chocoholic. Why do you ask? LOL!

  296. My breakfast looks exactly like your first pic ( minus the pink packet plus adding several yellow ones!!) 🙂 🙂

  297. My absolute Favorite coffee is 100% Kona from the big island of Hawaii. My favorite breakfast is Oatmeal with all my yummy fixins..:) Id love to try this coffee!

  298. I start every day off with 2 cups of Starbucks Cinnamon coffee with a splash of coconut milk creamer – yum!

  299. My breakfast of champions looks a lot like yours! Same creamer, but with a packet of stevia instead of the pink stuff. 😉 If I’m a work, it’s usually Folgers; at home, a Kcup of Nantucket Blend. Love. 🙂 Thanks for this awesome giveaway and for introducing me to Avodah!

  300. I wake up every morning and have either some Starbucks Blonde Roast or Caramel flavored coffee with Coffeemate Caramel Machiatto Creamer! Can you tell I love Caramel? Sometimes I switch it up and use my Silk French Vanilla Coconut Milk Creamer. YUM!! For Breakfast anything goes! Sometimes I have a bagel and cream cheese. I even have left overs for breakfast if I am too tired to cook but most of the time I am trying to be healthy and it involves some kind of egg and veggie.♥♥♥

  301. My breakfast of champions is a large cup of Columbian coffee with sugar and 1/2 & 1/2. If I am feeling wild and crazy I will use carmel creamer instead of the sugar and 1/2 & 1/2. For mother’s day I got a new coffee grinder and for my birthday (4 days later) I got two new coffee makers – a french press one and a traditional one that also has the option of brewing a single cup. :o)

  302. Hi! My favorite way to wake up is with folgers coffee with raw sugar and french vanilla creamer (whichever is on sale). Then I like to eat half a grapefruit with a piece of buttered sourdough toast. 🙂

  303. I have the same breakfast as you except without the Sweet N’ Low! I also add a bowl of hot cereal like oatmeal or malt o’ meal, or just a fried egg on toast instead, but always with my cup of coffee! I’d love to try this out, as it looks really good!

  304. I can’t drink my coffee black. My newest favorite coffee creamer is International Delight’s York Peppermint Patty:) For breakfast, I usually have Dannon Greek yogurt (Key Lime or Raspberry) or prepackaged dried fruit and nut mixtures.

  305. Love to try it!! I drank Community for a long time, but now Maxwell house Breakfast blend. . . HAVE TO HAVE MY CREAMER , but have switched it to Coffee Mate Naturals ‘Sweet Cream’ in order to avoid those hydrogenated oils = ) It still tastes great and occasionally put a tsp of sugar free caramel syrup in it. =)

  306. OneVillage coffee. They use fair trade and they donate a percentage of the proceeds to a worthy project in each country they import coffee from. For example, 50 cents from each bag of coffee from Honduras is donated to vaccinate Honduran children against diseases.

Go to onevillagecoffee.com and check it out!

  307. My favorite breakfast is a large McDonalds coffee with 6 sugars and 2 creamers with the Fruit and Maple oatmeal. =) The oatmeal is so yummy.

  308. Lately for breakfast, I have been making Kale Packed Breakfast Burritos! I mix a bunch of different ingredients in a saute pan with gobs of kale, then saute it, then stuff it into a taqueria tortilla. YUM! I used to drink coffee, but need to replace my coffee caraffe, since my ds threw it to the ground …boo!! Would love to have a good reason to replace it,though!!!

  309. My favorite breakfast is a Vanilla Banana Strawberry Smoothie. My husband likes coffee but I will on occasion drink a Chocolate-Coffee Capacino

  310. We drink a store blend. The brand is Cafe Ole and the blend is San Antonio Blend. It is fantastic, we’ve been drinking it for years. We’ve tried a few different brands and blends, but we always come back to our tried and true favorite 🙂 My husband and I both drink it lightly sweetened with raw organic sugar and a bit of creamer (either liquid or powdered depending on whether we go with hot or iced coffee). I also usually add about 1/2 cup of frothed milk to mine to make it seem special 🙂

  311. My favorite breakfast is cold Swiss oatmeal (equal parts oatmeal, vanilla yogurt, and milk) but I love it best when we don’t have anywhere to be that morning and can fix the big coffee pot and just relax.
    –SueBE

  312. I am just starting to eat Greek yogart. I am experimenting finding my favorite brand. I also love to have ice coffee in the morning and warm coffee at night!

  313. My favorite coffee is Classic Roast Folgers with Cinnabon liquid creamer and one sweetener. As for my breakfast, I love a strawberry banana green smoothie. I can sip and catch up on my emails after a run in the mornings.

  314. I really like Newman’s Own Columbia Especial coffee with half & half. I will also sometimes have a scrambled egg on a whole wheat English muffin or a biscotti. 🙂

  315. Breakfast varies based on what’s on the calender for the morning. I have become more of a coffee drinker over the past year or so thanks to my husband (who hates coffee) buying me a Keurig 🙂 There are so many flavors, kinds to try I find myself some days having more than I should (w/creamer & splenda). Love to try Avodah 🙂

  316. My favorite coffee is any dark or french roast, preferably starbucks. And breakfast is usually oatmeal or a mini bagel with pb.

  317. I am not a breakfast person much. With seven children, my main focus is them. Sometimes I have a glass of milk or a cup of Maxell House 1/2 and 1/2. But occasionally I will have a toaster scrambler from Pillsbury. I can eat them while helping my children or nursing my youngest. On occasion I have a hard boiled egg. Things I can carry around are always big with me.

  318. I admit, my breakfasts during the week are much different from my breakfasts on the weekend. Being a working mom, I am lucky to get a glass of Chocolate Carnation Breakfast with milk before I scoot out the door. When I get to work, I will have a cup of Teavana Caribbean Calypso Mate tea (used to drink coffee but I don’t like what my office mates have been brewing lately!). On the weekends, however, my husband gets up each morning and makes us a lovely pot of whatever cheap coffee we’ve found at the grocery. I would LOVE to try Adovah! Even if I don’t win, I think I will buy a bag of it for my hubby for Father’s Day 🙂 🙂 🙂 Thank you for the giveaway and for introducing us to the Avodah family 😉

  319. Oooh, I can’t start my mornings without coffee….and I love it black only 🙂 I usually have to have something with peanut butter on it to get through to lunch. Love protein in the morning!!

  320. Van Houtte’s Raspberry Chocolate Truffle! I found out today it is great without cream or milk. It is a lovely way to start the day. This morning I used white sugar but I am trying to use only raw sugar. Some of the latest studies show coffee is good for us women, in moderation, like everything else. Thanks Courtney for sharing about Avodah.

  321. My favorite breakfast is usually a greek yogurt with granola and a BIG cup of coffee! I gotta have my creamer, too, girl! But my fave for the next 90 days is about to be my Body by Vi shakes for breakfast and lunch! I can’t give up my coffee though!

  322. It has gotta be Stumptown Coffee from Portland, OR. I especially like their French Roast with half & half and truvia stevia sweetener. For breakfast, I love my fried eggs and sausage.

  323. I have to eat at least a little something in the morning or I am ravenous by 9-10am! I have been trying to be good and eat oatmeal in the mornings. Wouldn’t call it my favorite. My favorite breakfasts take longer – like overnight egg bake, or eggs/toast/bacon – or even french toast or waffles would be better than plain ol’ cereal. Oh, and coffee? I usually take that with me to work so I can drink it throuhout the morning. Straight black please.

  324. I loove my coffee and smoothies in the morning lol i know it sounds like a weird combo but its what i almost always drink ! My smoothies are made from berries Greek yogurt milk spinach honey and silum husks !( sounds grosss but you dont taste it and it adds like 7 grams of fiber !) And then my coffee lately has been whatever has been on sale due to budget constraints lol.

  325. I drink 2-3 cups of Dunkin Donuts original blend with plain Fat Free Coffee mate. I have had 2 Nutrigrain Blueberry waffles for breakfast every day for at least 5 years. Creature of habit!!

  326. I’m a little high strung….I grind my coffee every morning and then brew it. I drink this with some international delight creamer (usually caramel chocolate or york peppermint), and I eat a bowl of cottage cheese with peaches (I usually only get about half the bowl because my 2 year old and 1 year old daughters like to “share” with mommy LOL). Yummy way to start my day. 🙂

  327. Favorite Coffee is Vanilla Coffee with half and half and two packets of splenda. My breakfast would be a protein shake or veggie omellete.

  328. Oh how I love Coffee.. my favorite is spring blend from Fresh Market or Kahlua on my keurig… no matter which one- I always add a TBSP of raw blue agave and a little half-n-half of heavy cream! I eat oatmeal (with a variety of add ins) about 90% of the time!

  329. My favorite breakfast is chocolate coconut coffee (with soy milk and splenda) and yogurt and granola! Yum!

  330. I have a Keurig and my FAVE is Green Mountain Breakfast Blend DECAF! My family is celebrating that I’m not on the caffeine anymore. Apparently I was a strung a little tightly (I didn’t see it). Anyway, I drink it in my 12 oz. Tervis Tumbler (with travel lid) with three teaspoons of sugar and then fill the mug with half organic soy milk and totally bad half and half. (I’ve tried to go all soy but it’s just not the same! LOL)

  331. Man i feel as if i should jave a blog just to link up on weds lol! I love coffee and my husband and my favorite is Caribou mahogany blend. Caribou is a chain mostly in MN but i make sure to stock up to take back with me in WI! I would love to try this one:-)

  332. My breakfast is either 1 egg with 1/2 cup of milk or oatmeal with cinnamon and butter and 1/2 cup of milk. My favorite coffee when I go out is a Carmel Macchiato with non-fat milk from Starbucks, but at home I drink Folgers 1/2-Caff with Carmel Macchiato creamer.

  333. I try different brands of coffee often but always add a splash (supersize) French Vanilla Coffee Mate. Monday through Friday I have oatmeal with cinnamon. On weekends I enjoy breakfast with my man so it is his choice.

  334. Thank you for your ministry to us! I am so enjoying this Bible study. In the morning, I usually opt for cereal….the smell of Green Mountain K-Cup size Rev always gets me going! 🙂

  335. I usually have one cup of Keurig Coffee…my favorite is Wolfgang Puck’s Jamaican Me Crazy…with a touch of fat free vanilla creamer. 🙂

  336. My usual breakfast is two egg whites with pepper jack cheese, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and black coffee. I love to have white chocolate mocha with a little coconut and a scone of any flavor but have this occasionally.

  337. Coffee with sweet cream is my favorite right now. Hot to start the morning then icing it when things get hot outside! Enjoy breakfast foods but not a morning eater.

  338. I love to start my day with a cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee with CoffeeMate Natural Bliss Caramel creamer – and always 2 ice cubes to get it to the exact right drinking temperature! : )

  339. My Tim Hortons coffee personally imported by any relative who travels from Canada, strongly brewed with a tablespoon or so of half & half and a few drops of liquid stevia! :). If I’m running late to work, it’s a venti Pikes Place with cream from Starbucks. 🙂

  340. My favorite coffee is CARIBOU’S Mahogany and Obsidian blends, but if I have coupons I will also buy Starbuck’s Pike Place. I drink my coffee and tea straight up but I do like to try the Christmas creamers at the holidays. I don’t have a breakfast routine, but I am trying to go with protein fruit smoothies with almond/coconut milk, hard-boiled eggs, or baked oatmeal with apples, raisins and spices.

  341. I eat one egg poached with a pat of butter on top on half a whole wheat or Fiber One english muffin, along with half a grapefruit and a cup of green tea. I LOVE my italian coffee, Illy, on special mornings and to serve at the end of a dinner party. When guests drink it, someone always asks what kind I have served. It’s that much better than the rest.

  342. At our house all 8 of us LOVE coffee. My husband and I and our 6 kids ranging in age from 3 to 16. Yep…all of them drink it and most will drink it black…(I am not into them adding a bunch of stuff to it everyday, but on special occasions fun creamers and sugar). We go back and forth from Starbucks whole bean Sumatra to World Market’s whole bean Sumatra…then our coffee maker grimds and brews it fresh every morning while we are yet asleep…so it’s there when we awake…many mornings we fill our mugs with half-shut, sleepy eyes!
I’d love to try some new coffee…I’m into yummy, good coffee. Hubby REFUSES to drink Folger’s and etc…he is officially spoiled…and I fear the rest of us are now too!

  343. I’m a “salty breakfast” gal, though eating ANYTHING with 3 hungry boys under 4 is quite a challenge. We just got a sampler pack of Avodah Coffee in the mail yesterday and enjoyed a few hot sips this morning before I got busy and it got cold. Yum!

  344. I have to have my morning cup of something hot – either coffee with sugar and flavored creamer, or a caramel chai latte. Throw in a nutrigrain bar (which my 17-month old usually eats most of), and that’s my hearty breakfast. Now that I think about it, maybe my breakfast could use some work?

  345. I love my coffee in the morning with a little half and half. Then I have a Kashi bar for breakfast.

  346. I have caribou coffee, two pieces of turkey bacon and two eggs over medium for breakfast every morning 🙂

  347. My husband drinks coffee every morning as part of his daily routine. He loves a GOOD cup of coffee, but switched to cheep coffee when we tightened our belts to purchase a new vehicle. I will be checking out their website!

  348. I have just good ole Maxwell House coffee with Carmel Macchiato creamer every day. My food choices vary, though, from toast to oatmeal to waffles. 🙂

  349. My fave is Dunkin’ Donuts french vanilla with a couple of shakes of cinnamon on the grounds before brewing. Just add Coffeemate Cinnamon Vanilla creamer. Since I also work outside the home, I fill up my travel mug and grab a Fiber One mocha bar and hit the road.

Their business sounds amazing! I’d love to give them a try 🙂

  350. I actually LOVE oatmeal for breakfast. I will make baked oatmeal for my kids and they love it. My favorite coffee currently comes from our local Heinen’s store. The brew it themselves every day and have many different flavors. I have stopped putting anything in my coffee so I just drink it black. I usually choose a flavored coffee just to make it interesting, but enjoy Ethiopian coffee a lot, too. THANK YOU!

  351. My favorite breakfast is actually just cereal, but I also love a good cinnamon roll! I always have to have my morning coffee too, preferably Dunkin Donuts!!!

  352. My parents got me a Keurig for Christmas and it makes amazing coffee! My favorite is the hazelnut – just sweet enough for me (after I add a little sugar a vanilla creamer 🙂

  353. My usual breakfast is either Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal with 1% milk or old-fashioned oatmeal with brown sugar or honey and milk. I’m usually a tea drinker in the morning and a coffee drinker in the afternoon/evening 🙂

  354. I like hazelnut coffee the best but usually have regular coffee with a fat free hazelnut creamer. I also use sweet n low in my evening herbal tea. 🙂

  355. I have a half cup of black coffee before I have breakfast. Then I have a cup or two of black coffee with my breakfast of an egg and toast or a bowl of cereal. I enjoy my coffee!

  356. My breakfast always consists of coffee….the brand varies. Right now its store brand (Essential Everyday…used as back up), but its sometimes Montana Coffee Traders. (Way better than Starbucks! ;-P), and then Tully’s . Will usually have scrambled eggs and fruit and maybe a Carnation instant breakfast drink.

    1. Oh yeah…and I have creamer in my coffee (Of Course!…how on earth did i forgot my other morning necessity. lol) Peppermint mocha (coffeemate)=FAV!

  357. Strong Community Coffee with Almond Joy liquid creamer every morning…my mouth is watering as I type this. Somebody send me to liquid creamer rehab!!!!!!!

  358. i love tea and my husband loves coffee. coffee is good but i love it more at night. hehe we love dunkin doughnuts!!! definitely sweet for me!

  359. I don’t drink coffee, but would love to win this prize for my Mother-in-Law who loves coffee. Having a cup of coffee or treating herself to a cup of coffee is one of the few things she will do for herself.

  360. My favorite thing to have for breakfast is folgers decaf coffee, with non dairy coffee creamer , 2 sweet and lows, and a yogurt or a peanutbutter banana smoothie.(banana, peanut butter, and almond milk). YUM

  361. I enjoy a cup of tea, eggs, & toast in the mornings. I do enjoy coffee every now & then, but mostly in the colder months. Thanks for the giveaway.

  362. In January I began drinking coffee black. I always had to have it “blonde and sweet”, but one day we decided to start cutting back on sugar, so I stopped cold turkey with the coffee! And now I’ve become quite a coffee snob 😉 So, I would love to win this and try their coffee! I’m almost positive it would pair beautifully with my oatmeal pancakes and scrambles eggs with chopped cilantro!

  363. I love Alterra Coffee from Milwaukee, WI for breakfast. Gotta keep it local. Normally that exists only with creamer, and if I get time, a banana.

  364. My favorite is Pumpkin Spice, but I am such a fan of coffee in general it doesn’t really matter! I drink it black with a bit of Splenda. And breakfast is a 90 cal granola bar or 90 cal Fiber One bar.

  365. Thanks for sharing! I’m definitely going to check it out and would love to win some! My favorite coffee is an off-brand organic blend I get at Wal-Mart! haha I don’t drink my coffee until I’ve had a chance to “wind down” from my workout, though, because otherwise I get an upset stomach! I have a small breakfast while I start to wake up, then I work out, and THEN I have my coffee as we start homeschool for the day! 🙂

  366. I drink decaf with non-fat creamer and Stevia sweetner. That is NOT my favorite way to drink coffee. I much prefer Dunkin Donuts Regular (although their decaf is the best around I think) with a rich, creamy, wonderful chocolate, full-bodied flavored creamer. Alas! I can only indulge once a month because I don’t want just ONE cup of the delicious high-calorie, high-test stuff. If I am going to indulge, I might as well drink two or three. REALLY want to win the coffee!!!!

  367. My favorite coffee is Dunkin’ Donuts coffee with a flavored coffee creamer, such as “Cream Brulee”. Yum!!

  368. I love to have good old Folgers, with lots of milk. Over the last few months I switched to a natural sweetener, Stevia. It took a little getting used to, but now I love it. If there is any kind of yummy bread product to go with it, I’m happy as can be!

  369. I have anywhere from 2-4 cups of coffee a day depending on if I get to stay home for the day or have to take it in my trusty to-go coffee mug. My absolutely favorite coffees are the ones that I can grind myself but lately my husband and I have been in a financial crunch so we had to switch to folgers, ground, half caffeine ( I have kidney issues so I’m supposed to stay away from caffeine as much as possible but a girl has got to have a little something to get her up and running in the morning. (: ) , I sprinkle cinnamon on top of the grounds to add a little extra flavor. For the creamer we like to mix them…we have a little bit of peppermint mocha and coconut and viola you have a new version of almond joy. 🙂 Since I am in nursing school I always try to have a little something for breakfast but it usually ends up being a protein shake because I can take it on the road with me too.

  370. Currently my favorite coffee drink is a decaf iced caramel machiatto from Starbucks. After baby #2 gets here it will be straight black coffee if I remember correctly from #1 🙂

  371. Favorite coffee was Green Mountain Sumatran, black. But for some reason that has been tasting bitter, so switching to Newmans Own, hopeful it will be strong and smooth 🙂 Favorite breakfast is fresh from the oven, grain-free 5 seed cookies YUMM!

  372. Girl, you’re a Coffee-Mate nut too? 😉 I love the stuff. But I have to say, if you haven’t tried the Italian Sweet Cream, you don’t know what you’re missing. And it comes in fat-free too. Look for it at Walmart. I also happen to be a Gevalia nut. Dh and I preferred Seattle’s Best UNTIL we tried Gevalia. Oh my, goooood! Have you tried just a half tsp. regular sugar in your coffee? With Italian Sweet Cream, it’s definitely sweet enough. I don’t generally eat breakfast; just two cups of coffee. But when I do, it’s either a bowl of Special K or an english muffin.

  373. My favorite coffee is whole bean Starbucks coffee that I freshly grind myself. Yum! But I sure wouldn’t mind tasting some of this coffee you are talking about! Blessings! Joyce

  374. Our usual breakfast is old-fashioned oatmeal mixed with ground flax. I add some things to mine after it’s done cooking, such as dried cranberries or raisins, chopped walnuts or pecans, lots of cinnamon, and a splash of hot coffee (it’s great!). I also have at least one mug of coffee — with evaporated milk if I have it. I’m currently drinking Kahlua-flavored coffee which a friend from church bought for me. Avodah coffee sounds great and I’d love to try some!

  375. I actually don’t care for coffee. I have a glass of chocolate milk every morning for breakfast. However, my husband LOVES coffee. I know he would want to try this!

  376. Eggs over easy with raisin toast or waffles or pancakes. Or a smoothie or…. I love breakfast anytime of the day.

  377. every morning I grind dark french roast from Country Kitchen – mmmmm love the smell of fresh coffee & the 1st cup is the best. Strong black coffee! Yes, that’s how I start my day off. Would love to try a different type of coffee.

  378. I heart coffee so much. Right now I’m into Starbuck’s Pike Place Market. I just put a little milk in it and it’s ready for me to drink!
    Nicole

  379. I love Starbucks coffee, especially the cinnamon dolce with a cheese danish on the side. So good!!!

    1. Lol, Liz. Your post made me giggle because it brought up a fond memory of exactly the opposite experience. We were in Puerto Rico with my parents and stopped at a little breakfast cafe (hole in the wall too) for coffee. The waiter brought it to our table, then left as we began to drink it. OH! MY! WORD! It was the strongest, most bitter coffee I’ve ever tried. When our waiter returned, my mom politelyl asked him if it was perhaps expresso. He somberly shook his head, “no.” She then asked, “Do you have any other blend that we can try?” He got the most ornry grin and simply again shook his head, “no.” We still giggle every time we talk about this and picture his grin. I do believe he took full delight in knowing how terribly strong that coffee was and how terribly naive we were, lol.

  380. I usually drink Chock Full Of Nuts. It’s cheap and pretty tasty. I have really been trying to go the inexpensive route lately, so that’s my coffee of choice as of late. 🙂 I’m very happy with it. I do have to admit I am TERRIBLE at adding TONS of sugar though – my kids try to steal it from me all the time, that’s how sweet and yummy it is!!! But I limit myself to usually only one cup a day, so I figure I’m not THAT terrible!!!! 🙂 I would love to try Avodah coffee and am always up for trying something for free!!!! Thanks for sharing and all the great info!!!!

  381. So I do love coffee…but have been trying to not drink it and found this WONDERFUL substitue…Dandy Blend Instant Herbal Beverage with Dandelion. I LOVE it straight with my bowl of freshly made yogurt, made with raw milk – oh, yum…

Uhhemm….sweet n low…well no need to tell you LOL!!!!

I love the idea of supporting a “ma and pa” company and bonus they glorify the Lord – so if I did win a bag of coffee…I’d happily drink it and maybe share it with hubby!!!

Also, blue is your color – makes your eyes shine!

  382. I’m a new coffee addict..after baby boy #3. I like french vanilla creamer and a litle sugar. I haven’t been too brave in trying new brands, so I’d love this chance!

  383. Yummo! I just visited their website–awesome! I LOVE coffee! K cup, stevia! Goes great with oatmeal or eggs! mmmm!

  385. Love my toast with pb & j with a glass of milk. Then I drink flavored coffee from a local roaster, Refinery Cafe.

  387. I’m a bit of a coffee snob. My favorite is a good Indonesian coffee or a New Orleans French roast. Anxious to try the Avodah coffee!

  388. My FAVORITE coffee is from Fresh Market. I LOVE buying whole beans and grinding them fresh every time. While the Kona blend is pretty good, the Jamaican Blue Mountain is HEAVENLY!!!! The ONLY way to start each day!!!!

    His,
    Shari

  397. Lately I’m hooked on the sweet flavoured creams with my Timothy’s coffee brewed with my Keurig coffeemaker. Taught my 5 year old to make it for me when she is up first 🙂 Also have toast almost everyday since it is the only thing I like that keeps me full until lunch.

  398. I love a good cup of Irish Cream coffee w a few teaspoons of heavy whipping cream. Coffee to drink, but 2 T of plain Greek yogurt w honey, oatmeal, and chopped almonds to eat. Yummy!!

  399. Hi! MMMM..I’m just like you….have to have my coffee creamer–French Vanilla, of course!
In the am, my hubby and I enjoy our coffee together out on the deck..if the weather is nice. It’s just a blessing to start the day that way!! Then, it’s off to the kitchen to make a couple of eggs!

  400. I love to have a large cup of Harry & David’s Moose Munch coffee w/ fat free French vanilla creamer …yum yum

  401. For breakfast, I love oatmeal with raisins and nuts. If I’m good, I’ll even cut up apples and add that in. I also have to have my cup of coffee with Nestlé coffee mate French Vanilla and 1 Splenda. But trying to get off the Splenda. Will pick up any coffee grounds from TJ Maxx cuz they sell the good brands at a lower price.

  402. I am a coffee purist. i love a good coffee. I am not into Phoo Phoo coffees.Oatmeal and coffee makes me a happy girl.

  403. I love Kicking Horse coffee… It’s fair-trade & organic, absolutely delicious!! I find it hard to drink “regular” coffee after watching “Black Gold” a few years ago about the coffee bean industry. It’s a real eye opener for sure! My breakfast of choice is usually eggs & bacon, or a sausage patty. Yum!

  404. I ususally drink Maxwell House Columbian coffee and breakfast varies from maple flavored oatmeal to eggs and toast. I rarely meet a coffee that I don’t like 🙂

  405. My favorite coffee in the morning is Starbucks Pike Place, I add Sweet Italian Creamer and Chocolate Caramel Creamer, and it’s just right!!

  406. I always start my day with a giant mug of coffee with coconut milk and eggs. There may be something else with the eggs, but I have to have my eggs and coffee. I recently switched to coconut milk or coconut cream and honey in my coffee and it is just a wonderful flavor. 🙂

  407. I have been drinking a coffee from Trader Joe’s lately. I’ve also been enjoying chicken apple sausages!

  408. My new favorite coffee drink is the “Easy Iced Coffee” from allrecipes.com. It is so amazing and you seriously cannot even tell it uses instant coffee, because I’m kinda a coffee “snob”. We buy the local coffee house’s roast.

  409. Barney’s Christmas Blend is amazing all year long. Love, love, love the smell. The Creme Brulee is just as good. Although hard to find, White Chocolate Macadamia creamer compliments all coffees. Coldstone Creamery steps in its place with my coffee and oatmeal breakfast.

  410. My favorite coffee is from a local brewer that roasts his own blends; his carmel swirl is delicious!

  411. I LOVE coffee and don’t function well in the morning until I have had a cup! I love going to Starbuck’s but at home I like anything by Green Mountain.

  413. Our go to coffee is Hazlenut, but I love them all. We recently bought some fair trade coffee from Ten
Thousand Villages… Love Buzz and Mind Body and Soul were the favs in our house. Thanks for the chance to win and try something new”.

  414. I’m like you — I doctor up my coffee so much with sweet creamer and Splenda that for me, the type of coffee really doesn’t matter! I like it all!

  415. I like Costa Rican coffee. I do NOT like Sumatran coffee – too dark. I LOVE mocha anything. 🙂 My usually weekday morning breakfast: at work on morning break i “scramble” an egg in the microwave, toast a piece of bread, and add some raw cheese I get from local farmer’s market.

It is not my only way of starting my day, but I will have coffee, midday, or even at night.

  418. My favorite kind of coffee is millstone’s Holiday Peppermint with a littl Splenda, chocolate coffeemate powder, and coffemate’s peppermint mocha dreamer.

  420. My favorite coffee is one from Guatemala, the Antigua area to be specific. However I have not been able to buy it here so I usually drink Starbucks or caribou for the kerig. I too only have the coffee and then about a couple of hours later something light for breakfast.

  421. I can totally relate to your breakfast!! I actually don’t have a traditional coffee maker at the moment, my husband bought me a Tassimo for Christmas last year, but the one I use the most is my little metal stovetop espresso maker with Cafe Bustelo coffee. I make myself Cuban coffee everyday for while I sit on my porch and have my quiet time… I do make sure to add my flavored creamer, and (to quote my husband) “TOO MUCH” sugar… It’s so good.

  422. I grind fresh coffee beans and have a cup or two with just a add a dab of milk every morning. Thanks for the chance to win!

    God bless,
    Lisa

  423. Oh I would love to try a new coffee.

My morning routine includes a large cup of freshly ground coffee, with way too much creamer along with a bowl of oatmeal.

Thanks for the opportunity to try what sounds like a yummy coffee!

  424. We are huge coffee drinkers here, we will drink 2 or 3 pots a day in the winter and at least one pot during the summer. I drink mine black and my hubby “doctors” his up like you do.

God Bless you for your ministry,
    CC Maxwell

  425. My grandfather would sneek coffee to me when I was a toddler. He would make it “milk coffee” with lots of sugar. So guess what I love today–a Latte!!!! Go figure. I would put this in my K-cup and use it with my Keurig coffee maker. Thanks for the give away. Love your blog!!!!

  426. Breakfast is different every day, sometimes cold cereal, others pancakes or french toast, maybe a coffee cake or muffins, or like today….oatmeal. Usually with a glass of cold milk. 428. I make tea for my husband every morning, it’s totally his thing. Then he has coffee at the office.

  429. Love McDonalds iced vanilla coffee with extra vanilla – I’m not too fancy. I either eat oatmeal with peanut buttet (thanks to Janelle!) or over easy egg with canadian bacon and cheese. Would love to win your giveaway! God bless.

  430. 2 cups of coffee, preferably Maxwell House with splenda and creamer is a MUST before I start my day. I love mocha flavors when it’s in my budget.

  431. I always start with strong coffee, freshly ground. Sometimes, I have an english muffin with cheese and tomato or peanut butter toast or cereal. But coffee first!!!

  432. my favorite coffee is Starbucks White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha – really bad for you I’m sure – but it’s fantastic! Good thing is they’re so expensive I don’t get to indulge very often, AND the peppermint part of the white chocolate mocha is usually a “seasonal” flavor, so I can usually only get it around Christmas! I’m terrible at making coffee at home – every now and then I’ll get a good cup, although maybe it’s because I use cheap (and sometimes *gasp!* instant!) coffee…
My favorite breakfast – anything I don’t have to cook myself!!! 🙂 Or, since THAT never happens, I’d have to say scrambled eggs with cheese on bread with a touch of mayo and sliced tomato! Or Pillsbury cinnamon rolls. It’s a toss-up…

  433. I love Green Mountain Breakfast Blend Kcups with Carmel Machiato creamer. Add a piece of toast and oatmeal for Breakfast.

  434. I like my coffee sweet with almond joy creamer. My fav breakfast is an english muffin toasted with Nutella.

  436. My most common breakfast is Quinoa with milk and raisins. Then I have a cup of Kona coffee from Hawaii. The 100% pure is the best but hard on the $$. So we usually just go for the Coscto version that is not totally pure. Then I add soymilk and surgar to it!

  437. I drink a light roast, half-caf cup of coffee. I drink it latte style – half milk, half coffee and a splash of sweet creamer. I can’t handle much caffeine but I loooove the flavor!
Funny because my husband prefers jet fuel so we have to brew 2 pots of coffee 🙂

  438. Right now my coffee is basic Folger’s with a little sugar and a little half-and-half. This is generally also my breakfast! I’ve been trying to eat an English muffin or bagel with some peanut butter after the coffee, but this doesn’t always happen!

fav breakfast is my weekend eggs and bacon

  441. I eat yogurt for breakfast just about every morning. I love Green Mountain Dark Magic coffee. I also love flavored coffees. I have to use some sort of flavored creamer – I also have some locally made flavored syrups – Gingerbread and Pumpkin Spice– so yummy!

  442. I love breakfast, but am not a coffee drinker….i like it sweet and tend towards the chai tea made at home and a cup of granola with fruit! Simple, earthy and healthy♥

  443. My typical breakfast is 1/2 cup plain yogurt, handful of raw spinach leaves, flax seed, a banana, and some frozen fruit…favorite is blackberry.

I drink coffee in the afternoon, rather than the morning because it causes migraines if I drink it in the morning. I have been buying Folger’s Classical Roast.

  444. Living in my part of the world, breakfast is often quite different. Not quite my own cup of tea 🙂
I am not really worth knowing until I’ve had a mug of Taylor’s Lazy Sunday coffee, which is rich and smooth, and perfect for every day of the week. I love croissants with this, and they have to be oven-fresh. A glass of fresh orange juice and I’m ready to face the day!

  445. So, I was just wondering who won the contest? Did you post the winners and I did not see it!? I am just wondering.:)

  446. my Favorite coffee to have in morning is Starbucks, I pour the ground coffee beans in my coffee maker turn it on, then pour some organic milk in a pot, let it warm up, then whisk till frothy . pour my coffee in my favorite mug then the milk, add a little sugar… an I have my coffee latte to start off my glorious morning 🙂

  447. I have been exploring for a bit for any high quality articles or blog posts on this kind of house . Exploring in Yahoo I ultimately stumbled upon this site. Studying this information So i am satisfied to exhibit that I have a very just right uncanny feeling I discovered just what I needed.
