Today our Classical Conversations (homeschool weekly class) came to an end. Both of my children had amazing teachers, made great new friends and had an enriching educational experience. We are so grateful for this class.  This is a family photo from today.

I will write later more about our homeschooling year along with some pictures from this class but for now …

  1. Such a beautiful picture! I love your daughter’s skirt! 😉 I homeschooled my children from K-12th, all the way through to graduation. We attended a homeschool co-op once a week and I think I enjoyed it as much as they did, lol!

Thanks so much for hosting today!

  2. I just love it that we can look back on the ‘seasons’ of our lives, today I a preparing a huge photo book containing an overview of our family life including our home school groups. I just know that it will bring back many happy memories… I love your photo and look forward to hearing more.

  3. Dear Courtney,

Greetings from Germany! I have to tell you, how your blog has influenced my life. I am already writing regularly about family for the “InSpirit”-magazine which is published by Church of God Germany. About six months ago I met a Pastor’s wife on the national leadership-conference of Church of God Germany and she was asking me if I ever have thought about blogging. I did not. She told me about your blog and I was excited from the first moment on … I also started reading regularly thebettermom and others and all these blogs have inspired and encouraged and motivated me for my “job” as the mother of three more than anything before. I was praying and thinking the last five months if blogging could also be for me. And now – finally – I started my own blog to encourage and inspire parents. It’s exciting! In Germany we are faaaaaar away from having christian Blogger-Conferences etc. But that doesn’t matter. Everything starts small.
Thank you for sharing your heart with others and allowing Jesus to inspire and encourage women all over the world.

    Blessings,

    Anneke

  4. Courtney,
I knew that you were not having as many link-up parties, so I was so excited to see a Link-Up Party on your blog this morning. This week is Infertility Awareness Week and my post is about my Christian perspective and experience with fertility treatments and providing encouragement to others. I did not want to share my message on regular link up parties (crafts, tweaking, etc), but felt your blog would be an appropriate area to share with young women possibly facing fertility issues. I prayed last night that if God wanted this post and the follow up one on infertility etiquette to be read by someone, He would show me a way!. Our God is amazing! This morning I wake to find an invitation to a link up party!

Would love to hear more about CC.

  8. Hi Courtney!

Thank you for hosting the Monhly Link Up!

Forgive me! I’ve been linking up with you for a few months and thought I had linked back to you and had not! I just realized it today and added a link in my past blogs for the month.

    1. Lack of PSOne Classics – The original Playstation was Sony’s
first video game system and the platform for some of the greatest video
games of all time. While these have only just been announced and their basic feature set we have at the bottom of this page the Wasabi ps1 emulator looks like it will be
a decent product for the ps1 emulator Slim owners out there.
