Here’s a recent message from Clare to you!
“Hi everyone! It’s been a while since you’ve seen me on the website with any fit tips or exercises, but it comes with good reason…. I had a baby! Lila Irene was born on June 3rd at 10:07am. My labor went very well and recovery has been much better than with my first born. I’m sure you expect to hear this from me, but I truly think that working out during the pregnancy helped me immensely not only during the pregnancy but also during labor (increased endurance, strength and body awareness) and in recovery (return to pre-baby shape).
You’ll be hearing a lot more about pregnancy and fitness over the next few months.
In the meantime, I want to gear you up for some upcoming articles and exercises that you can expect to see over the next few months!
