I recently made myself a BIG pot of this Homemade Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup and it was SO good!! I used a new recipe from a bloggy friend over at Come Have a Peace!
3 quarts water
8 chicken bouillon cubes
6 1/2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles (12 oz bag)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 cups cooked & shredded chicken (or 2 10 oz cans of chicken, drained)
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
In a large saucepan, bring water and bouillon to a boil. Add noodles; cook, uncovered, until tender, about 10 minutes. Do not drain. Add soup and chicken, heat through. Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream. Sprinkle w/ parsley if desired. Be comforted and enjoy!
