Ham & Cheese Sliders
Janelle from Comfy In The Kitchen has the perfect recipe to feed a crowd! Janelle writes:
This recipe is excellent for feeding a crowd, a lazy Sunday, a meal ministry, or for having company over! It can be served as an appetizer, in addition to a brunch, for lunch or for dinner. Delicious and easy….you just can’t ask for more than that! I made these for friend this week and for my step-dad who had surgery. He texted me stating that these were his new favorite sandwiches! (and HE is picky, hehe).
Make ham and cheese sandwiches with dinner rolls.
In a medium saucepan add 1/2 cup butter, 2 Tbsp mustard (yes, the kind you put on hotdogs), 1 Tbsp Worcestershire, 1 Tbsp poppyseeds, 1/3 cup brown sugar.
Bring to just boiling over medium heat.
Pour sauce ON TOP of sandwiches, cover with foil and bake in a 350 oven for appx 20 mins. YUUUUMMM!!!! A sweet yet buttery flavor will soak into your sandwiches …who doesn’t love sweet and savory? A winner recipe girls! You have to try this one!

This is one of my favorite recipes! What a great idea to make this for SuperBowl Sunday?? Love it! Thanks for sharing. Have a great weekend Ladies!!
I have this pinned on Pinterest. A local radio station featured them last week.
These look amazing! I’ll be making these for our Super Bowl party!
I’ve made these before. They are SOOOO good! My family loves them. 🙂
I made a few tonight as a test run for the game (I’m not a very good cook lol), they were amazing! I added a lot more poppy seeds and coated the tops well, and some chopped mushrooms between cheese and ham, and hubby loved them :).
Wohoo! They are yummy! Glad you and your hubby enjoyed.
Never had these with the sugar in them. We pour the sauce over several hours before baking and marinate them…actually my recipe is called “Marinated Ham Rolls”. They freeze excellently too!
did you freeze before baking?
These sound delicious and easy. I think I will add them to my menu this weekend to feed my extended family. Thanks for the great recipe. Here is why I need to cook for a crowd.

Hi, I have made these following your recipe a few times now and everyone loves them! My husband and I are just making these for the two of us tonight. Thank you for the recipe!!
Can’t wait to try these! Has anyone tried a different cheese other then Swiss?
I was planning on making these for part of our Christmas dinner this year. Every year we do something different. Last year prime rib and all the trimmings. This year appetizers. However my father hates mustard (even deviled eggs or potato salad have to be mustard free)…
That being said… any suggestions on making these WITH OUT mustard? substitutions? thanks
I really loved these ham sandwiches, but next time I may cut down on the brown sugar a little bit. A little sweet for my taste.
