No Matter What Happens – God is Still on His Throne

No matter what happens in our world. No matter who is ruling - which nation - which country - which King - which President - no matter if there is a pandemic, an earthquake, or a war...Jesus is still on his throne and he is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. #Biblestudy #Isaiah #WomensBibleStudy #GoodMorningGirls

No matter what happens in our world. No matter who is ruling – which nation – which country – which King – which President – no matter if there is a pandemic, an earthquake, or a war…

Jesus is still on his throne and he is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

In Isaiah 6, we get a glimpse of the throne room of God!

Isaiah saw the Lord ON his throne. Join me on this video below, as we take a look at the throne room of God and our reading in Isaiah 6-10.

In the video above, I pointed out some of the fulfilled prophecies from Isaiah chapters 6 through 10.

Fulfilled prophecy is evidence of the reliability of Scripture.

There is a man who calculated the probability of one man fulfilling just 48 of the Messianic prophecies given in the Old Testament. The chances are 1 in 10 to the 157th power. That’s a 1 – with 157 zeros after it!!!

Basically, there’s not a chance this could happen on its own.

Only the sovereignty of God could cause the prophecy that Isaiah gave – 700 years before Jesus was born, to come to pass.

We serve a mighty God. He sits on the throne of the universe and while other rulers live and die, Jesus is alive forevermore!

Do not give way to fear. I know this world and the things we have to face, can be scary at times. But the King of Kings and Lord of Lords loves you and He is with you.

Keep walking with the King,

Courtney

  1. Thank you so much for addressing who Isaiah saw, when he saw God. Even in commentaries, this is not necessarily addressed. I figured he saw Jesus, but it isn’t clear.

  2. I just loved your enthusiasm as you spoke on our precious Lord and Savior! Your eyes lit up and I got so excited thinking about the coming kingdom and our living in eternity with Jesus. This weeks lesson was explained so well and I appreciate the time you’ve put in to it. Thank you!

Also, I ordered a “Walk with the King” mug and highlighters from your store, I love them both! Your personal touches to the package was just precious! It felt like more of a gift from you than something I bought. ♥️

  5. Isaiah 8:11-13; 16-17 NLT
These verses spoke to me: so much going on, different beliefs, politics, etc. that you find yourself fearful and unsure of truth! These verses so clearly speak to this. …the Lord of Heaven’s Armies is holy and will keep me safe as I reverence Him as I Savior.
