3 Ways a Mature Christian Thinks (Philippians 3)

Paul has three messages for the way a mature Christian thinks and lives their life, a message that is timely for us today in our generation.

A sign of maturity is that you know you have maturing to do.

Paul says in Philippians 3:15:

All of us, then, who are mature should take such a view of things.

So what is the view we are to take?

Join me on today’s video as we look at Philippians 3:1-14 and learn the 3 ways a mature Christian thinks.

Look at Philippians 3:15 again in its entirety. It says:

All of us, then, who are mature should take such a view of things. And if on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you.

Paul did not bother to argue his point. He trusted that those who are mature would receive his words and those who are immature would eventually mature and God would make it clear to them.

So friends, if you are mature, you will receive this message today and live it out. If not, Paul says – eventually God will reveal this to you.

So, for those of us who are ready to receive it – let’s go!

  1. Forget what is behind.
  2. Strain forward to what lies ahead.
  3. Press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

God loves you!

Keep walking with the King,

Courtney 🙂
