In this video, I’m sharing how I maintain my weight at age 50 without dieting, obsessing, or chasing extremes. Maintaining my weight at 50 looks very different than it did in my 20s or 30s and that’s okay. This is not a quick fix or a “magic formula,” but a real-life, sustainable approach to healthy living that has helped me care for my body with wisdom, grace, and consistency.
You’ll hear what I do and what I don’t do when it comes to food, movement, and mindset and how small, consistent habits can make a big difference over time.
