Each year we have a different focus.
THIS YEAR’S FOCUS IS

GOING DEEPER IN PRAYER
A 4-Week Journey Through the Lord’s Prayer
This is a 4-Week Study that
begins on Monday, October 26th,
finishing just before Thanksgiving.
In Luke 11:1, the disciples came to Jesus with a simple request:
“Lord, teach us to pray.”
They had watched Jesus pray. They had seen the way He withdrew to quiet places to be with His Father, and they wanted to learn from Him.
And Jesus answered in Matthew 6:9 with this:
“This, then, is how you should pray…”
Then He gave them the beautiful pattern we now know as the Lord’s Prayer. 🙏
So each week will focus on one simple theme as we walk phrase by phrase through the Lord’s Prayer.
📌 HERE’S A LOOK INSIDE
Let’s take care of our souls by intentionally creating a physical environment, as well as a spiritual environment, in our homes that brings us closer to God. As a result, we will experience peace and a sense of calmness inside our souls, no matter what we are facing.
- Each week, I will provide for you a practical challenge of something I do in my home that makes it more of a haven. I hope you will take the challenges. They do make a difference!
- Each weekday, we will pause, give thanks, pray and meditate on God’s Word through SOAKing in the daily scripture reading for the day.
- This journal gives you a daily devotional, reflection question and space for journaling your thoughts on the verses of the day.
- There is also space in the journal for your weekly gratitude list and prayer requests.
- Also, you will find 4 videos, one per week (every Monday), that correspond with the scriptures we are studying.
This study begins on Monday, October 24th!
