I’m about to give you a sneak peek!🫣 But first…

This week we are finishing the final 4 days of Walking Through the Old Testament.

Before we say goodbye to the Old Testament, let’s sum it all up.

We began the Old Testament with creation, the fall of man, and God’s unfolding plan of redemption. We watched God choose a people for himself, rescue them from slavery, lead them through the wilderness, bring them into the Promised Land, walk with them through judges and kings, discipline them through exile, restore a remnant, and continually call their hearts back to Him through the prophets.

And woven through all of it was one great promise:

A Savior was coming.

The sacrifices pointed to Jesus
The kings pointed to Jesus.
The prophets pointed to Jesus.
The promises pointed to Jesus.

And then the Old Testament closed waiting…waiting for the Messiah…waiting for JESUS! 🙌
It all points forward to Jesus. What a faithful God we serve. 💙

Take a moment this week to look back at everything you have learned and celebrate!! 🎈 You made it through the entire Old Testament! That’s amazing!!! WAY TO GO!!! 🎉
