Easy Taco Dip
Janelle from Comfy In The Kitchen has the perfect Taco Dip for any gathering!!! She writes:
“Who doesn’t love a good taco dip? This deeeelicious dip is quick, easy, and can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until guests arrive. I have a feeling this isn’t going to last long tonight at my house! Enjoy!”
Spread 1 can of refried beans on a large serving dish |
In large mixing bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning packet |
Spread that mixture over top of beans |
Layer salsa (If I don’t make my own salsa, I use Garden Fresh Gourmet- it is amazing) |
Top with cheddar cheese (I finely shred cheese in most Mexican dishes I make) |
Top with shredded lettuce and garnish with olives |
Wanna bite?! |
Easy Taco Dip:

Oh, yeah!! That’s one of those dishes that everybody loves. Plus it feeds a lot and it’s not very expensive. Thanks for sharing.
Yes! I told Janelle, I’ve eaten this many many many times – just never been the one to make and bring it – but it’s time!!! :)!

Really nice and easy recipe. Thank you for sharing this to us. Keep on posting.
I just love your Taco-Dip recipe! I’ll definitely have to try this at one of my tail-gate parties! It looks really tasty. Tailgating is a passion of mine and I love to bring new recipes to parties. They are always a hit thanks to the great food and my wonderful Tailgater from DISH Network. It really knows how to get a party started because it brings the game right to the parking lot. It supports HD and is self adjustable so it saves you the hassle. Since I work for DISH I can tell you that you don’t even need a second account so that also is a plus.
