Here’s 10 Verses for When You Feel Hopeless-

1. Remember that your help comes from God- lift your eyes up to Him!

2. Fully trust and surrender to God during this time. He will guide your path.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. ~Proverbs 3:5-6

3. Even though we don’t know the future, we can still have hope. God is deepening our faith during this season of waiting.

Hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience. ~Romans 8:24-25

4. As you wait for Him, God will provide you with all of the strength that you need.

They who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. ~Isaiah 40:31

5. Jesus is a steady, secure, strong foundation and anything we build with him will last forever.  When our lives are built on his sure promises, we have no reason to feel hopeless.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. ~Romans 15:13

6. Remember that you can do all things because He lives in you!

I can do all things through him who strengthens me. ~Philippians 4:13

For nothing will be impossible with God. ~Luke 1:37

My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.  ~Philippians 4:19

9. No matter what you are going through, you cannot be separated from God’s love. His love is constant and never changes!

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? ~Romans 8:35

10. Wait patiently during this time of darkness. Know that God holds you and is making your steps secure as you seek joy and peace.

I waited patiently for the Lord; he inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord. ~Psalm 40:1-3
