In this video, 📌 we’re talking about what it means to be strong for the long run – not for appearance, but for aging well with faith, purpose, and endurance.

As women, our bodies change with time. Injuries linger longer. Energy looks different than it once did. But Scripture reminds us that we do not age out of usefulness, calling, or movement. God designed our bodies to move and caring for them is one way we stay available for all He still has for us.
